El Parral Mexican Restaurant

THIS FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!!! My husband got grilled chicken quesadilla and I got the steak Street tacos. The chicken in the quesadilla appeared old, hard and tasteless!!! The steak in the tacos appeared to be mixed with old hard steak and some of the steak was actually light gray!!! The corn tortilla appeared to have been cooked on a dirty grill. Absolutely disgusting! This place needs to be shut down!!! We will definitely not spend ANY money here again!!!

Went to el parral my wife and I ordered 12 wings each, the wings came back in about 7 min, being a cook myself it takes wings 10-12 min to cook. They were pre- cooked and warmed in a microwave. I spoke with the person at the register and was told they were baked in the oven. I truly believe they were yesterdays wings think I may find another place to eat next time . Very disappointing 😞 I did tip my server twice the recommended tip because he did an awesome job.

I’ve been waiting for my food for 45 minutes. My father walked around and saw that only around three families have their food. There is a full parking lot and only three families have food. Get your act together, El Parral.

Edit: we just got our food. They messed up my mother’s order and not only wrapped my father’s tacos in foil…but also some weird paper- what’s the point?

This is one of the better Mexican restaurants in this area. I've ate here several times and I have yet to be disappointed. The place has lots of parking and seating options. Staff was friendly and kept me updated while I waited for my order. Food was delious and portions were huge. Price wasn't bad either.

A night with the boys, maybe girls night to talk your gossip. Very first date with your bf or gf is recommended. Or even if it’s your mommas birthday. And why would you go out of town?…….HOURS AWAY!?🤯🤯 When you?…… wait no. WHEN WE!! Can feel right at HOME. I am very confidant, that when I say this... OUR HOME. So I visited El Parral from out of town about 9 PM. It took a while for the bartender to come and make me a drink. He didnt have Grand Marnier for my Cadillac Margarita and only had gran gala. He brought me some chips and salsa but the salsa was runny so I didnt eat it. However the buffalo shrimp were good but they only had ranch dressing for me to dip the shrimp in with the ken-s ranch packets. I didnt like that. I am not going back. Imma try Santana's tonight. I was very disappointed in the service because I had been here before and the food and service was alot better. Also, fyi.. they premake the drinks which I dont like.
