We drove an hour from home to day trip Martinsville, stopping at Jerry’s for lunch! Our 1 year old needed some milk, but unfortunately they were out. Y’all, they went to the store and got some for us no questions asked! The customer service from everyone in the establishment was top notch! Jerry’s will be our go to when we’re in the area! Thank y’all again :)
Service good at counter, order there and given table hat and then self serve for drinks and no real service and they showed an 18% tip automatically suggested but I dropped that until I saw what service was and glad I did it was not 18% worthy.
Restaurant very nice but Men's Restroom has not had a deeper clean in a very, very long time, it reaks of urine.
Food was eatable but the crinkle fries where soggy and not fully cooked, the cheese steak was okay but...

I have never had a bad meal at this establishment. The food is excellent. The service has been good & the atmosphere has usually been pleasant. When it wasn't pleasant it had nothing to do with the establishment. It was other customers that were at the facility.
