You overcharge us everytime my husband orders the small plate of jumbo shrimp. You add an upcharge when the menu clearly shows the small plate of broiled jumbo shrimp is $18.99. Your menu states there is an upcharge of $2.50 if you get a combination plate which my husband did not get. Either change the price on the menu or fix your computer system that a small plate of 8 broiled jumbo shrimp will be charged at the correct price of $18.99.
If I could give 0 stars I would! This place has dishonest work practices and poorly managed. Not to mention 0 customer service for paying patrons. Carry out orders beware! They will short you on your food, over charge you, and when you call them to notify them they will call you a liar and refuse to make it right. They will expect you to get back in your car and inconveniently require you to bring your food back to them as “proof” of THEIR error! Just awful customer service...read full review
