Used a coupon for the 20pc family meal that includes 20pc chicken, 4 lg mashed potatoes, 2 lg coleslaw, 10 biscuits. Was told I could be only pick 5 sides. Then to top it off, got home and they shorted us on a gravy, the biscuits are half cooked and never got the 4th mashed potatoes.

The chicken was cold didn't put all the pieces in it no wings no breast the order was wrong. They didn't have alot of people waiting that made it even worst. I will never eat at Martinsville, VA KFC again. You just lost a customer. I will not recommend KFC to anyone either.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I did a mobile order and had to wait over 30minutes for it when I got there.. When I asked them when mine would be ready they told me they didn’t know, while they continuously filled the drive through and dine in orders. After we finally got our food it was SO dry and over done.

Doesn’t deserve any stars. The Martinsville KFC has the most inept staff I’ve ever seen. Ordered chicken online a day early so there would be no mix ups. I get there at the pick up time yesterday and no chicken. People standing around waiting for chicken to be fried that had been there a long time. The staff told me the wait would be 1 1/2 hrs. I will never go back to this KFC..ever! They owe a refund!
Some of the best fries I have eaten, they were seasoned well, hot, and crispy. Very friendly staff in drive thru.

In my opinion the mixture they use nowadays on the chicken is not cooked all the way it's lost its crunch like it's been made on a wet stream it's not cooked like the old days where it can actually crunch when you take a bite and the moisture doesn't go
