We ordered a family meal with a half gallon of tea. A piece of chicken was missing. We ordered a piece of cheesecake and it was missing. And the half gallon of tea ended being unsweetened! Food was good but order was just missing too many things that we paid for. Spent over 60 bucks

This is my second visit to this Long John Silver's in Martinsville, Virginia. This is my first visit to the ground up rebuilt store and I MUCH prefer this look to the old one. The parking lot is MUCH more spacious, and there is quite a lot of seating inside. My visit today was excellent. Went at about 6pm and the fish had just been dropped. My my my, it was so good! I had a two fish combo with fries and hush puppies for about $11. The place is spotless and is run by excellent...

Ordered Number 1, 2 piece fish witj side and drink. First piece if fish was great, hot and crispy, second was disappointing. It was not fully cooked and had uncooked batter. Fries good and crisp as well as hushpuppies. Staff friendly and very nice. Inside clean in all areas. Just wish my fish had been done.
