This location was very busy this morning, but the food still came out quick. This McDonald's has the same decor as most McDonald's. It's hard to tell them apart. Service was friendly this morning. The McMuffin with Canadian bacon really hit the spot. Good visit.

Never coming back again asked for an iced coffee no ice and was told to move up by the heavy set Hispanic lady in the drive thru just for her to put ice tea in my coffee. I came back and she just grinned and said this is regular . Like she needs to be fired this is unacceptable and im a regular . Lost my business for sure ! Food is never fresh and the equipment needs to be sanitized

I come today around 3:00. I ordered a quarter a pound with bacon for my husband and ordered me a double fish. Fillet sandwich did not receive a double fish fillet sandwich. I received a single paid for it. Went home when I got home. Realized what had happened. Trying to contact McDonald's on Greensboro road and can't do that because their phone lines down because they're remodeling. I just want Justice either my money back or something

Came on a Monday at 5:00, with only 1 other person eating inside the location. The store has no clean tables, trash all over the floor and looks like it hasn’t been mopped in days. Drink bar is out of sweet tea and napkins. But worse than all that, they have the AC on when it 29 degrees outside. My food was cold within three minutes, and I spent the whole meal shivering.

After several months the McCafe drinks seem to be back! Dropping the one star rating. A one star food rating is based on that for several months latte, mocha, hot chocolate and several other McCafe drinks are not available. Not just here but in other cities I traveled through. What's the reason for that?

I placed an order online, my credit card was charged but I didn’t get the tea then they’re gonna put holiday pies in apple pie boxes when I ordered apple pies. They do to do better& get better managers. They won’t even answer the damn phone when you try to call them to let them know my order was screwed up.
