Pizza Hut has been around for a very long time, the food is still good, but just a little bit out dated their menu could use a little spruce in their breadsticks. Could use a makeover when it comes to Pizza. Pizza Hut is not my number one choice.

First of all u can't understand the person taking your order! Second I order something on special and they just happen to be out of that item. Third I order 6 items for my family of 3 and they say I don't get the sale price cause it's a 2 item limit per customer well it's 3 customers in my household. So because of that I told them they could cancel the whole order and I'll never call Pizza Hut again.

The pizza was fine. But the wings were horrible this time. Normally I get bone in mild and love it. But with the box deal and drink special you only get the nasty little nuggets they call boneless wings it's not even a wing and furthermore there was no sauce on them they were dried out. My daughter's food was fine she got fries with her pizza. But neither one had the space saver on the pizzas so the box didnt stick to your cheese and pull it off.

Just made an order direct from the website and missing my drink, called them they are asking me to call doordash, I didn't order it through them so I have no account or reference or reason to call them. 😡

Placed my order online. Got a message 20 mins later that it was ready. Get there to pick it up and it wasn't even in the oven yet. Was then asked to wait another 20 mins all while having to smell a terrible smell in the restaurant. Worst experience ever with pizza hut. Will not be going back

Went to the Pizza Hut in Collinsville, they were very rude and nasty, so I came to this one and told them about what happened they were very nice and apologized for the situation. Pizza was delicious and their store is way cleaner than the other one. Employees are way nicer and more respectful.

Delivery was great 👍 Service was great 👍 Chicken melt looked great 👍 When eating chicken melt the chicken was not. It was nothing but pieces of fat with tiny bits of chicken on it. Never had this issue before. Bread was great as usual 👍
First time here. Came at lunch time on a monday. Place was clean, service great and food excellent. We ordered family cheese sticks with extra cheese and a large pan pizza specialty half super supreme half pepperoni lovers. Plenty for 3 to 4 people. Only disappointment is menu doesnt have pricing which we thought was odd.

I ordered the big dinner box. The Martinsville store then canceled my order saying they no longer sell that. I ordered by phone from their website the person I spoke to said they carried the Big dinner box. If the item is on the website I feel that we should have been able to get it. False advertising as far as I am concerned. Dinner cost me $10 more than it should have and I got less food

I can see why Pizza Huts are closing down. My girlfriend loved them. They have all closed where we are from. Traveling through we saw one and mastalgia kicked in. I suggested we stop and eat. The outside looked great. Inside was another story. We ordered, two personal pan pizzas that took over 45 minutes or more from the time we ordered. Which is strange considering only one other customer was inside eating. The amount of flies zooming around was tremendous. When the pizza arrived the pepperoni's were so thin and burnt that they tasted like over cooked bacon. Lol. The pizza was good other than that. As for cleanliness it was lacking. As we were leaving three people came in and placed their orders. One guy decided to change his order to the waitress as she was walking away about bacon to pepperoni. I wanted to say it does not matter, they both taste the same here. Lol. Said to see how things have changed.

First visit, the service was great. Dasia, with a smile, took our order, waited tables, took take out orders to the cars, cleaned tables and frequently checked on us and the other customers. Pizza order was thin crust, cheese, tomatoes and ham. Prepared perfectly with no obvious grease. Delicious.
