I have to give shout out to this Mexican restaurant. There are not so many good healthy food options close to interstate. This place wowed us with flavorful shrimp soup, delicious tacos, grilled steak and juicy cesadilla. The rice and beans were extremely good. Portions were huge - good to share for 2 people. Every bite was full of flavor. The waitress mentioned that it was Momma's turn to cook today - thank you Momma for delicious dinner!
Phenominal service. Kayla greeted us at the door and took our order immediately. Had our food in under 10 minutes and she was very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed and topped off our drinks. Will come back!
I called in an order that couldn't be filled and didn't find out until I arrived to pick it up. Then had to reorder something else (pollo finca) and wait for it, which wasn't long. Drove 15 mins to where I was staying and regretted my choice, it was a watery mess. While the chicken was tender and the rice, peppers, and onions were ok, there was no melted cheese or tomatoes, and hardly any beans. I gave 5 star for atmosphere, the decor was lovely and folks looked...
