By far the best quality control and customer service compared to Port Road, Carlton and Harmony Square subway locations. It's not even close. The current staff is polite and cares about customers.

A pretty standard subway. Almost no one there on a weekday at 17:00. Conveniently located just east of Harrisonburg on the way to Charlottesville. Could use a little maintenance in the bathroom, but everything worked and it was fairly clean. Food was good, no problems.

I would normally give a 5 for the customer service except for the fact that this last Thursday I went in for a couple subs. And I let the guys behind the counter know that I had an allergy and requested a new knife. The tall one with brown hair and tattoos then rolled his eyes and huffed because he had to go to the back to get one then proceeded to come up front and lay the knife in a bit of mayo on the counter. ??
