Our group of 12 chose to sit outside, where we enjoyed great service and excellent meals. The ambiance is not as nice as inside, but it was a quiet environment conducive to chatting. An outstanding group dining experience.
Food was excellent, the lobster ravioli. Service was excellent. The party of 20 seated next to me was inconsiderately loud, especially the female who looked to be the host. She spoke much louder than necessary. But, perhaps she is deaf herself so I must be considerate in my evaluation of her. Her loud voice drowned out the others at her table. I barely heard the rest of them.
Lunch choices were very good. I started with melon & prosciutto with an entree of trout and caesar salad. My friend had Pasta e fagioli soup for starter and then a salmon entree. Both of us devoured the food (in a lady like way). The service was excellent and since we were celebrating my friend's birthday, the waitress brought a lovely tiramisu for dessert. We stayed in the restaurant chatting for some time after the meal. A+ all around. Capri Ristorante Italiano is one...
