Food is excellent and the atmosphere is good too. However, you need to do be so precise in what you ask, otherwise you will get rude behavior! I wanted to get a vegetarian entry and said vegetarian- meaning - falafel. In a rush, she gives vegetables before I refined it and said falafel. OMG! She was so mad, gives a rude look, dumps the whole bowl in the trash and starts all over. I expected a better attitude in such a, otherwise, nice location I always went to!

It is impossible to order food using the CAVA website and app. My wife just wasted half an hour painstakingly entering what each of us wanted to order only to have her basket emptied before she could submit her order when the Cava app malfunctioned, which is typical. When we have been able to place an order for delivery in the past, CAVA invariably gets the order wrong and one of us has to go without dinner. The food is fine but it's not worth the trouble.

food quality is good, but this is the only cava i go to that doesn't give a good portion of food. no offense but they put more amount of dips in my bowl and less food, felt like a hummus bowl. you guys offer dips and dressing, you should make sure there's a hearty amount of lettuce, protein for what people play for... otherwise it tastes unappetizing. also, cashier rushed through my transaction and pretty sure she didn't charge me correctly.

Cava is a great alternative to fast food when you need food on the run. It’s also a great place for picky eaters to get their food exactly how they want it and gradually expand their food choices. My daughter started with white rice and meat. Next visit added romaine lettuce. Next visit chopped tomatoes. Next visit added greek dressing on the side, etc, etc.
Dietary restrictions: You can make your meal gluten and dairy free. They can direct you on the ingredients.
Our first time trying CAVA and my husband and I loved the food so much we've returned three times in two weeks. Healthy, fresh, delicious, Great flavor/spice profiles, AND reasonable calorie content??? How is this possible? AND the counter servers were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly; they made perfect suggestions for us newbies. Refreshing not to be asked at check-out to leave a tip on food we'd never tried before, too. Thank you! Atmosphere-wise the indoor seating was super clean, but the design doesn't live up to the CAVA food IMHO and being next door to an ABC store feels a little unsettling at night. Otherwise, this place rocks! We can't wait to go back. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE CAVA!

The service and food is always amazing but the past few weeks the food has been really good. Like perfectly cooked everything for both lunch and dinner. Kayla, Karen, and everyone always provide the best service like smooshing the dip into my pita. And whenever Kayla is on the grill the food is cooked to perfection even during non-rush.
