Pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. The iron pot rice with chicken sausage was excellent. The rice was cooked perfectly and not overpowered by soy sauce. What's nice is the menu offers more hard core Chinese dishes in a way that many in the US could appreciate. The flounder in numbing sauce is an example. As a vegan I super appreciate when a popular restaurant like this has multiple awesome dishes available. This outpost of Peter Chang's still has the smoked tofu dish that the Arlington location recently dropped.
