This is my first review that I have ever written. My recent experiences with this Chipotle have led me to be enraged with the food and service here. I have been regularly going to this Chipotle for many years. However, recently my orders have been sub-par to say the best. This store is awful. EVERY TIME we go they are out of items! This location closes at 10:00PM and at 7PM they are out of either rice, quac., tortillas or something else. My kids eat here after high school sports practice at least 3 times a week and this is now the new NORMAL. We tried to order cheese quesadilla and were informed that they don't make them for in store orders until after 7:30PM so the line doesn't get held up. THERE WAS NOONE ELSE IN THE STORE! this is legit the worst chipotle i’ve ever been to in my entire life. I went at lunch time, the restaurant was empty. they were promoting barbacoa and didn’t have any? I asked if I could wait and he said it would be 25 minutes until they had it? how is that possible. they give THE smallest portions. i am not stingy and i always understand the hustle of working in the fast food industry but all of the workers are rude. they don’t seem to have anyone cooking in the back there...read full review
