Rashad Gourmet is a fantastic gem in McLean. The very friendly owner and staff provide great service, always helpful with recommendations even for those who don’t speak Russian. The shop offers a delectable selection of pelmeni, khinkali, salads, and fresh soups like borscht. Customers loved the delicious stuffed cabbage, sour cherry varenyky, and excellent cakes and honey cake. The perfect medovik was a standout, and the caviar is available at a fair price. There is a unique candy section that children love. The owner is extremely warm and helpful, even letting a customer practice Russian and lending a book without a rush to return it. Genuine kindness and a heartwarming experience make this a must-visit.
