I purchased a large order for my office plus an additional for myself. They forgot my single bagel and when I inquired about it they said I didn't pay for it. I most certainly did but I didn't have the receipt and was my word against theirs without proof. I Will go somewhere else next time. To the manager- you just lost a customer who regularly buys large quantities over a single bagel.

Not only are their bagels, dessert goods, etc. absolutely phenomenal, the decorations inside look great and they were quick and efficient when it came to having my sandwich/bagel made. They also found my wallet when I accidentally dropped it, and gave it back to me when I was searching for it several hours later.

Impressive staff. Amazing sandwiches. Observed an ornery coustomer receieve professional, courteous service. Observed same customer leave happy an content. Nice outdoor seating set back from the road. Great place for children.

The bagels are delicious and I love when I get to swing by for a bite! There are lots of different flavors and options- I got a jalapeño bagel and couldn’t have been happier! The one thing is that there were flavors that I didn’t see- like a jalapeño cheddar until I was standing and waiting for my order to come out. So either make sure to pause and get a full sense of what’s available or ask the person behind the counter to highlight any flavors that might not be prominently displayed.

This is our go to place for picking up bagels in McLean (and my husband, as a New Yorker, is picky about bagel quality). However, the staff is not friendly, which matters when you're a small business in a small town.

Really nice little spot for some breakfast bagels. It wasn’t crowded at around 10, but the staff got the food out quick and it was really yummy. Highly recommend!
