Impressive staff. Amazing sandwiches. Observed an ornery coustomer receieve professional, courteous service. Observed same customer leave happy an content. Nice outdoor seating set back from the road. Great place for children.
The bagels are delicious and I love when I get to swing by for a bite! There are lots of different flavors and options- I got a jalapeño bagel and couldn’t have been happier! The one thing is that there were flavors that I didn’t see- like a jalapeño cheddar until I was standing and waiting for my order to come out. So either make sure to pause and get a full sense of what’s available or ask the person behind the counter to highlight any flavors that might not be prominently...
This is our go to place for picking up bagels in McLean (and my husband, as a New Yorker, is picky about bagel quality). However, the staff is not friendly, which matters when you're a small business in a small town.
