I have been coming to Coastal Flats for a while. I was very surprised at the portion sizes that myself and family received yesterday and utter was during dinner time. We were so disappointed and we realized the 8 dollar chowder came in a portable cup no bigger than tge palm of your hand. We will l no longer be coming for dinner. Highly disappointed.

I’ve had a lot of crab cakes and I have no idea what spice they added to the baked crab cake but it was overwhelming and really detracted from the meal. I asked and they said it was nothing unusual but it was secret. Here’s my secret… I won’t be back.

Had a fantastic dinner at Coastal Flats! Quality food, beautiful ambience, and wonderful service. Love their Salad, Chocolate bread pudding, Lobster roll with French fries and Corn. Very rich menu.

I have been a client of this restaurant for over three years and has never seen such a RAUGH and ARROGANT attendees ever in my life. It was on the 14th of October 2025 that I was dinning with my family where we were terribly Mis Treated by a Waitress whose supervisor add flame to fire when we complained. The Waitress was very unfriendly, rough, mistreating and above all ARROGANT to respond. We then demanded the presence of the supervisor called Ms. Kayla who was neither willing to listen nor to give the name of the arrogant Waitress for us to complain to the corporate office. I have never read or seen even in the books of ill customer services to the kind I saw at this magnificent restaurant-Rotten at the Core !!
The ribs were amazing. That's it.
