Poorly managed and didn’t honor digital receipt. Ordered food online twice and on the first day, they gave me a completely different order because they were out of food. Then on the second day, I ordered online and they couldn’t find my order. I showed them the digital receipt from my email and they didn’t honor it. They said I could pay again and call customer service for a refund and didn’t offer any information on how to contact. Asked if I wanted to order again and pay again and I said no. Horrible customer service and I definitely don’t recommend. Found out an hour later my order finally came through but after I already ordered food from somewhere else. Still definitely disorganized and do not recommend. Raised it a star because of this though.

It was decent when my complex first started using it, but then I started noticing a LACK of variety and the same vendors coming back week after week. For about 5-6 weeks in the Fall, we had the SAME 1 LatinX truck that wasn't even a real food truck, but some guy in a pickup truck selling pre-made dishes from a "stand" out of disposable tins. It was made FRESH like you expect from a food truck. It could have been made days ago for all I know. No thanks. The past 2 months, we've pretty much had the same 2 Asian places each week, then a place from Trinidad 2 times in a row even though we have already had themSEVERAL times already in the past year. We've had Curbside here maybe 10 months and there have only been 8-10 different food trucks over all those weeks, with the same stuff showing up over and over. Rarely anything NEW. Very repetitive to the point I have stopped going to our weekly food trucks because it's the same few trucks over and over. Boring. When I looked at their website raving about having "over 100" food trucks, I clicked "View all" to see ALL the food trucks they have, and it's actually only about 15-20 at best. They also appear to be LOSING food trucks: Some trucks they use to send out have vanished from the list and the size of the list is shrinking. I think complexes are better off choosing and booking trucks by themselves directly to ensure variety. This places does not have the variety it advertises

As a food truck owner who has had a chance to meet Amy and her team, I can say that they display a great level of passion and professionalism for the work that they do. Trying their very best to offer venues a variety of quality vendors.

D.C. area food trucks sent to Baltimore do not prepare pre-orders via this app and then you wait in the cold only to be told they are out of what you pre-ordered. Defeats the purpose of the app!

Showed up early for lunch and put in an order in person before anyone else showed up. Half and hour later and still waiting while long line of online order folks now here waiting as well for food preparation. I’m told their orders are ahead of mine. Hungry and need to go back to work soon.

I think complexes are better off choosing and booking trucks by themselves directly to ensure variety. This places does not have the variety it advertises. Also, complexes booking the food truck directly means the food truck isn't losing money to a middle man the way restaurants lose all their profits to Grubhub, DoorDash etc. Also, many times food trucks booked on this app for my complex just don't show up - I've seen a place called "Paco's Tacos" scheduled at least 3-4 times but never got to try it because they no-showed each time. There is also no way for consumers to "rate" the food trucks that come out. My advise to complexes is to find area food trucks yourself on Yelp, book them directly, and ASK your tenants about which trucks and cuisines they like. Maybe even ask your tenants to SUGGEST food trucks they like.

Middle men taking away from the hardworking food trucks, get in any disagreement with any of the representatives and they black list you while taking all your spots.

As a Vendor with Curbside kitchen, it's clear that curbside doesn't care about their Vendors. They have no issue sending Food Truck operators to events they know will lose money. Why? Because Curbside values it's relationship with Property owners more than their Food Truck operators. 3 out of 4 Events I lose money. Their ordering system (which they take 10% of my gross regardless of my sales) doesn't allow their Vendors to see a production report. I've had countless Venues where we serve for 3 hours and are supposed to arrive an hour early and do $200 in sales. Could curbside fix this issue and make property owners have reasonable minimums so their Vendors could make a subsistence level of income? Of course they could. They don't because they don't care about their vendors. That's why if you see a food truck at one of their events, run don't walk to the exit. If a food truck is serving $200 worth of food, you don't want that food. That's why Carnivore BBQ won't work for curbside and no quality food truck will do so.

I tried to place an order and go to the point of submitting it for payment, but received an error message. I called their phone number for help several times without anyone calling me back. Their website is difficult to use and not reliable. Their help desk is non existent - they never returned my call despite waiting for almost 2 hours. I was excited about using their service but will be reluctant to order in the future. I hope others have had a better experience.

This place freaking rocks! That famous chicken bowl was amazing! Keep up that good food!

Great service, except that food trucks are a no show. Kind of defeats the purpose.
