Poorly managed and didn’t honor digital receipt. Ordered food online twice and on the first day, they gave me a completely different order because they were out of food. Then on the second day, I ordered online and they couldn’t find my order. I showed them the digital receipt from my email and they didn’t honor it. It was decent when my complex first started using it, but then I started noticing a LACK of variety and the same vendors coming back week after week. For about 5-6 weeks in the Fall, we had the SAME 1 LatinX truck that wasn't even a real food truck, but some guy in a pickup truck selling pre-made dishes from a "stand" out of disposable tins. As a food truck owner who has had a chance to meet Amy and her team, I can say that they display a great level of passion and professionalism for the work that they do. Trying their very best to offer venues a variety of quality vendors.
