Service was outstanding. I went for a birthday dinner and they were so accommodating and friendly. Prices were what you expect for a steakhouse. Very elegant and quiet atmosphere, ideal for an upscale date night. The entrance is a little tucked away but they also offer valet parking, so pulling up to the front is most convenient.

My husband and I and 2 other couples went here last night and loved the food but the service was just awful. We sat down at 6:30 PM and did not leave until just after 10 PM. We did have drinks, dinner and desserts but waited forever between each course. We could not get the server's attention and even asked another server for some water and for another item. Even that took a very long time. They may have been short staffed but after spending over $250 for a dinner, we should not have been ignored like that and overlooked over and over again. Each of us had empty water glasses and it took an hour to just be able to order dessert after we finished our meal. Ridiculous. The food was wonderful thank God.

Husband and I went here for Valentine’s Day and ordered the pre-fixe menu. For a $100 cost pp, I would have expected something a little better than a chocolate flourless cake literally smothered in hot fudge. Basically tasted like we eating solid fudge. Love chocolate, but suggest nixing that dessert! Not quite up to the standard as the rest of the meal. Everything else was lovely.

The atmosphere and service were great for a busy Valentine's Day Weekend. However, the food was mediocre. $254 for mediocre was not apart of the plan. The French onion soup was just okay, it was overcooked. The flavor was there but the presentation was off. I ordered the crispy brussels sprouts and they came out soggy. I'm not sure how Fleming's does there, elsewhere I've had them actually crispy and they melt in your mouth. Fleming's version was soggy and undercooked. I also ordered the filet mignon with a poached lobster tail on top. The presentation my 3 or 4 year old could've plated it better. The lobster tail was overcooked. The Steak was cooked to perfection but lacked flavor. As the night came to a close my husband and I, we asked for the check and a to go slice of cheesecake. Unfortunately, the cheesecake tasted store bought. It was distasteful. The reason I am critiquing so hard is because of the quality of ingredients and food that we receive at Stony Point location. They have the best food and desert.
Best Steakhouse. Excellent Food with Great Service. They really pick their servers & train them well. I wish they did the same with the receptionist. She needs more training in dealing with clients. Thank you Flemings

My husband and I usually love FLEMINGS. This meal was the worst...everything from the service to the food. They did not offer their Sunday special which is why we went. They had a Valentines special instead. It was not noted on their website or on their communications to confirm our reservation. We ordered the special and the appetizer was very good. The meat on the main course was tough, the mushrooms were dry, and the lobster was extremely salty. The service was bad. Our order was taken, and the waiter did not correctly communicate the special. We got some bread, and our appetizer was delivered promptly. There was a lag of at least a half an hour before we got our main course. I couldn't even get someone's attention to refill our drinks. We spoke to the manager and he comped one of our meals which we appreciated but we probably won't be back for a while.

Impeccable service as always. Excellent value for the A Taste for Twosday. We went with the Chef's reserve to share again this time. We do wish the signature onion rings were a shareable side option. We noticed a slight difference between the Chef's reserve we had this time versus the previous time. This time we noticed the 28 oz Prime Bone-In New York Strip had a great crust but lacked the complex flavor. However, the 6oz Filet Mignon had the same great flavor as last time.

First time here..(B-day party)Food and atmosphere was superb.But the service for our table was not so.Our reservations were at 6. All of our party of 10 was on time, and we sat within 5 mins.Our orders were taken in a timely manner, but we sat for over 70 mins, and our food had not come out. There's a lot to blame here, but our food should not have taken that long.When it was brought out, it was hot and fresh. So definitely no complaints there.Will try again, but with a smaller party, say a party of 2, just to experience again.
