I ordered catering delivery from Fresh Baguette in McLean for a friend, and the experience was a disaster. They missed delivering several items from the order. I then got a call asking if I still wanted the missing items delivered or a refund, and they sent them via DoorDash. But even then, they failed to write the complete address — the suite number was missing — causing more delays. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. If you can’t handle catering at this location, at least tell your customer to order somewhere else. I will never order catering from this company again.

I visited this place for the first time and immediately fell in love! The atmosphere here is incredibly cozy: pleasant decor, light music and the aroma of fresh pastries create a real paradise for dessert lovers.
I would also like to thank Oleksii , who took the order, he was very attentive, polite and sincerely smiling. He helped me choose a dessert to suit my mood, told me about new products, and was very professional.

The kouign amann was unavailable and swapped out for a Normandy tart which was undercooked and inedible. The mini raspberry tarts were not included. This place is starting to be ridiculous. More and more they have run out of lettuce, chicken, salmon, or other stuff. You pay 40 dollar for 2 sandwiches with coffee and you get served the absolute cheapest salmon. To many times this happened. Its on my No list.
