Delicious poke with lots of fresh options. We really enjoyed our experience. The service was fast and very friendly. The girl was very patient with us and explained everything. Nice indoor and outdoor seating area.

Avoid this Gong cha at all cost. The slowest service ever, waited 15 min for 2 basic milk tea drinks when no other customers are there. Usually you hear blending in Gongcha but no blending here, you can see the syrup coagulating at the bottom. Cutomer service is abysmal. No attention to sweetness, 30% sugar tasted like 130% sugar.

Amazing service, a guy named Jason took my order but I saw that he took the time to make my drink and fulfill my order. Overall great guy made my experience a 10/10

I visited Gong Cha on Tuesday, 8/29, and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service provided by two young boys working there. They were able to answer my questions and help me decide what to get. Their friendly demeanor and efficient service made my bubble tea experience even more enjoyable. The drinks were flavorful and refreshing, making it a delightful visit overall.(The peach lychee fruit drink with peach jelly is the drink that was recommended)

Hi worker at gong cha. If you have smoothie issues, please ask a dude named Daniel to blend it for you because I will make sure there is no ice chunks in it. Will be there on weekends for the next month of this post

I used to go here all the time but stopped when I got a new job - I stopped by this past weekend and oh boy, I didn't know a drink could taste so bad. It was a strawberry shortcake smoothie type drink with oreo crumbles on it, but it was horrible tasting. The ice wasn't even blended enough, it was so watered down and disgusting. It was like water, ice, and strawberry syrup poorly blended together and then a tiny spash of milk thrown in. We took a couple sips but ended up throwing it away, it wss so gross. All of the staff was teenagers, they really need an adult or two on staff for QC because I'm almost certain they had no idea how to make the drink and just improvised. We also got a matcha milk tea, there was hardly any milk in it. Matcha milk tea is usually a light green color, this was a dark green cause it was mostly just water and matcha and maybe a tiny splash of milk. Horrible, just horrible. And it was $17 for two large drinks that were disgusting! Also, we had to input our own order at the front counter cause no one acknowledged us when we walked in.

I really used to like the matcha smoothie! But now they leave all ice on the drink and its supposed to be well blended cause again its a smoothie.. and I add on the notes “please blend twice, don't leave pieces of ice” and they still do.. when you pay $9 for a drink you expect a good tasty drink not something bad.

Please please go here! The boba tea is great and the food is even better! This will definitely be in my top ten lunch spots to go! And when you go please try a donburri bowl with the grilled eel! Absolutely delicious!

Really good poke bowls. Fish is fresh and delicious. Plenty of toppings to choose from (of which you can pick 7) and yummy sauces, including spicy options that really are (spicy). Personally I'd prefer their spicy tuna and salmon was not blended (I prefer the natural texture of a "chunky" style cut), but either way the taste is great. Also love that you can find less common adds and sauces (wasabi! yay!). Only real complaint is that portion size on the protein is a bit small - but it's rare to find anyone that's generous these days. Friendly staff too. Will definitely return when stopping at the Tyson's area mall!

Worst boba tea experience, the staffs are not putting their heart and working towards customer experience for our penny we spend!!! Everything is add on here..

Overrated ripoff $7 dollars for a drink no food

I'm so happy Poki DC is in NoVa! I used to get takeout here when I worked in DC and missed it since going remote. Parking was easier than anticipated at 7p on a Friday night - I scored a parallel parking spot in front of the restaurant. There was no line. My favorite local poke is PokeHub in Reston, but Poki DC has a greater variety of toppings (like mango and pickled daikon) and zucchini noodles. Portion sizes were great! I didn't care for theMiso soup (too salty), but I can't wait to return! This might be my new go to!

Ordered a Thai tea with boba at the store. Asked for no ice and made sure he heard me because it was not on the screen. Waited 20 minutes for my drink while watching others in front of me get their drink. My drink was sitting on the counter full of ice. I never received a receipt so I didn’t have a number. Horrible service. There was no line and I still had to wait 20 minutes for a simple drink. Avoid this place for food and drinks. They have no idea what they are doing. There is another bubble tea place right down the street that is 10 times better. Also, it was almost $9 for a simple Thai tea with boba. Probably 25% overpriced.

Worst Gong Cha in NOVA. The pearl black milk tea tasted expired. Take notes from Chantilly

Either super bland or super sweet from syrup.. barely has any actual flavor in it :/
