Best Ramen 🍜 in Northern VA
After moving back to the states, from a 3 year trip to Japan, we were searching up and down to find the "just right" Ramen place. Santouka's noodles are made just right. They have strength in them but tender to bite through, and so many kinds of broth to try! But the absolute star of them show is their Chashu Pork, Put it in your broth for a few minutes and it becomes fall apart tender and melty. Absolute perfection. Be sure to get the Taiyaki on your way out!
BEST RAMEN IN NOVA!!! I've been to so many ramen restaurants, this is the one stands out the most! My favorites are Negi Namban and black garlic...must try!
