Great coffee and pastries and the pastries and bagels ran out very fast. So better to get those earlier than later.

Flatwight is okay. Price is okay. The service is just so-so. I stopped by the hotel for a quick coffee before going home after traveling, and it was pretty good. Open-air cafe.

We needed a spot to chill for a bit while our car was in the shop. This was right across the street so we decided to check it out. Their specialty drink menu has a great variety. We got an iced hazelnut truffle and hot chocolate turtle. Both were so good and the exact sweetness I prefer! We came on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy but they still had a good amount of tables available. Our drinks came out super quick and it was a great spot to spend time! They also have free Wi-Fi and a seating area with lots of outlets.

In a shopping center so there is a parking lot. No bathroom. I asked for a hot tea medium but I'm a large cup so there is room in it. I do this to help it cool down. The cashier said "they charge by the cup" she rang me up for a large tea 3.30$. I said I just want the medium cup then-it was 3.30$ for the medium cup. So I said you don't charge for the cup clearly you charge for the tea bag. (I know this I worked at a coffee shop for a long time, and was an actual barista) she still didn't understand and kept saying it was more. Very annoying experience. Then I ordered a latte and I said can I have a honey latte. She says the honey is out on the counter. So I asked if I could hand it to her before she pours the milk in (so directly to the espresso) so it gets mixed in properly. She said there's no possible way. I said you can hand me the cup with espresso, I'll add it then hand it back for you to add the steamed milk, which she melted down that I would even ask this. I get just a plain latte, milk is completely burnt-terribly steamed and although I was standing right by the register she never called my name when my drinks were ready she didn't even look at me. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Literally go to Starbucks instead, I value local coffee shops I think they usually train their employees as baristas and it's always a good experience and man was I wrong this time. -5/0 stars for them. Just absolutely terrible. Terrible service, terrible coffee, terrible tea, terrible presentation, terrible cafe.

Despite living here in McLean for many years, my first visit to Greenberrys was a few weeks ago when a new job’s route takes me right by there. I clearly have been drinking something else my whole life because what I got at Greenberrys blew my mind. The rich taste, aroma and lift my beverage gave me from my latte made by Greenberrys in McLean has forever steered me away from that other place. While I was heralding this experience to the baristas, the owner, Sunny, came over to introduce herself and chat with me about the history of the cafe. It’s the personal touch. Like this that will keep me coming back.

Coffee is good. Wifi is rationed with one hour one use code and is PAINFULLY slow - SpeedTest came in at UNDER 1 (0.86) up/ down. They should encourage traffic and people to linger a bit - buzz is important. Luckily we got 5G UW with Verizon Wireless over cellular at 250mb++. Maybe we will linger a bit longer thanks to Verizon 5G!

A great coffee shop indeed! Greenberry's has some of the best coffee, tea, and pastries I've ever had. Staff are all very nice, the atmosphere is amazing, and the staff go out of their way to make your experience more pleasant. Definitely a hidden gem!

This place has so much potential, but food, drinks, and customer service falls flat almost every time I visit. It's a great location with a cute outdoor seating section that's covered in the winter. However the drinks are super expensive and generally not very good. I'd love to see Greenberry's get more excited about what they do, such as adding more special/seasonal drinks, expanding the food menu (they have an expansive food menu in Harrisonburg so I know they can do this!), and improving the customer service. I shouldn't feel like a burden for ordering a cold brew when the store is basically empty! McLean has a drought of coffee shops so Greenberry's gets away with being mediocre, but I'd love to see them step it up. You can do this Greenberrys!!

A super small chain/franchise. The coffees are consistent and fantastic. LOVE their (dirty) Chai and Raspberry Truffle. The Swiss oatmeal and (something Morning vegan muffin are delicious and a healthy way to start your day. The best coffee around, honestly. I compare everywhere else to Greenberry's. My only wish is that they'd bring back the sippy lids for iced drinks so we don't need to use a lid and straw and reduce plastic use.

The place reeked of hard boiled eggs. I ordered a smoothie and the water brains behind the counter made my smoothie, put it down on the counter, but didn’t say anything. So it sat there and melted into strawberry juice. It was basicaly six bucks for strawberry juice!!!!! And the bathroom had no toilet paper so i had to use my hand!

A true staple in McLean it's a good little coffee shop with not inside and outdoor seating. Inside can get a bit cramped when busy or during a rush. Their chai tea latte was good and I like their selection of snacks. The scone was a bit dry tho. Easy parking all free outside.

This placed used to be great years ago. Today I almost threw up watching them make my $7 latte. The lady making it started steaming the milk, then left it there and started mopping the floor. I thought to myself, that’s interesting, certainly she will wash her hands afterwards, even Starbucks employees wash their hands after touching cleaning products. But it got even worse. She proceeded to grab the dirty rubber floor mats they all stand on. She picked them and rolled them up, presumably for more cleaning and mopping. Then guess what she did next? No hand washing! And she grabbed the steaming milk, took my cup, picked up the espresso cup and poured it into my cup, stirred it with her hands (and her fingers even touched the inside of my cup. She continued making my drink then handed it to me without shame or any consideration that her hands were filthy with the floor, the mop, and other cleaning supplies. I took a napkin and wrapped the latte cup so as not to get my own hands dirty, and threw the whole thing in the trash. I’m never coming back. And I’m so glad I got to observe this so I can now make an informed decision about never coming here again.
