I love the customer service she was really friendly & she definitely deserves a raise! “I visited Gong Cha on Tuesday, 8/29, and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service provided by two young boys working there. They were able to answer my questions and help me decide what to get. Their friendly demeanor and efficient service made my bubble tea experience even more enjoyable. The drinks were flavorful and refreshing, making it a delightful visit overall.(The peach lychee fruit drink with peach jelly is the drink that was recommended)“

“Samantha, Tuconya, and Ms. Donna are so friendly and welcoming. I knew nothing about Poke, bowls or and tried because of their welcoming presence as I came in one day to see what they had. Now I am a regular that comes multiple times a week as I work in the area as a property manager. The Ahi Tuna is awesome, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is electric.“

“My family and I went to try this place and we enjoyed it! We ordered: Musubi Trio, BBQ Mix, BBQ Short Ribs, and the Seafood Platter and everything was delicious! We also tried the French fries and the macaroni salad. The service was really friendly as well. Nice aloha atmosphere!“
