There are 4 boba places in Tyson’s mall this is the best one! The girls that work here are extremely nice and helpful. I admire the team and work ethic this place has. I watched them make it and they really take their time and I feel like I’m actually paying for a handcrafted drink. I’ll keep coming back!!

The cashier was very rude, did not talk to us once to let us know the drink was ready after we ordered. The drink (pictured below) was 90% ice , 3 % water and 1% syrup and 6% konjac(the only redeemable thing about this drink) for $6.37. We were there around noon, March 23rd

Worst service we've ever received. Anywhere. Cashier (girl wearing glasses) had earphones in, didn't greet or acknowledge us. Barely nodded when she took our order. Told us it'd take 20 minutes for a croffle. We saw our drink just sitting on the counter next to the machines and asked her multiple times if we could take it. She completely ignored us. When she finally heard us, she slightly nodded- again- and gave us our drink (use your words!!)For a supervisor who's reading this, we ordered here on March 7th at 5:13pm. We come here pretty often, but that's probably going to change.

This is a stall in the middle of the food court on the top level of the mall (where AMC) is. It's in the middle of the seating area, not along the back wall. I had a Croffle from here, although I cannot remember which one exactly but it was delicious. They only had one person working there at the time so I had to wait but not a very long time. Service to order was quick and easy.

Be careful when you order your drink. The menu photos and names are kind of confusing. The barista/cashier made the wrong drink without bubble pearls. I asked if she could remake the correct drink I ordered. She looked very unhappy and asked me to pay again to remake my drink. The drink was too sweet and flavorless, I wouldn't come back again.

Happy 1st visit. They were super busy and the cashier was nice enough to inform me to wait to order due to the previous order ( i know some people would just disappear without saying anything to make orders). Love their Dolgona ice cream! Very Tasty and creamy! Great for people who love the sweet/semi bitter toppings. I asked for a honey comb on top; the kind lady said it wouldn't fit the cup but was kind enough to offer me a separate container for the honey comb. I enjoyed every bite, wish i had more. The customer service was excellent for a busy Saturday. The two people that were working on the 1/13/24 def need a raise because those two were bussin it. I wish i had a picture to show you but i already inhaled.

I moved to the DMV area from California recently and was surprised that a local favorite boba spot of mine had a chain store in the area. Little did I know that I travelled 40 minutes for ice cubes with a side of tea (less ice too). Maybe I came too late (~1 hr 30 before closing) or they were running low, but this amount of ice makes it really hard to want to come back. Maybe I'll try this place again next time I'm in the area and hope I'll get tea with a side of ice.

I had the opportunity to try HHD in KTown NYC and have been eager to come back. I’m genuinely very happy that there is a location here in the DMV. The tea quality is exactly the same and service was great. I highly recommended the Fruit Flower Tea and Peach Black Tea!

My friends and I came here on a holiday and were surprised they were like the only bbt place open in the area. We were really excited to see all the fun, cool, and pretty options, but I'm not sure they taste as good as they look. We got two different strawberry ones, and they both tasted pretty much the same even though they were different orders. Then I ordered a hot bbt, and the first few sips were so good until the bottom was just pure sugar chunks and tapioca balls. It was soo gross and sooo much sugar. We really had higher hopes, but I swear we could make it better ourselves. However, we did appreciate the staff for staying a little late and being there on a holiday to serve us in a timely manner.

We ordered a brown sugar bubble ice cream. It was delicious but wasn't worth the price (almost $6), especially since the cup was practically empty, as there was no ice cream in the middle, only swirled around the sides of the cup.

Don't sleep on the espresso boba soft serve, everyone talks about the brown sugar or the dalgona but the espresso is way better in my opinion. They said that the soft serves just differ by the syrup they put in and that the base is all vanilla but the espresso flavor is so clean it taste like they put in a shot of real coffee in there. The espresso was bitter so it countered the sweetness of the ice cream perfectly. The only thing I would say is for some reason the boba was hot so it melted the ice cream a little bit but other than that I would definitely get this again next time I'm shopping at Tyson's.

The pics of the bubble tea are impressive but reality sets in quick. The drink was made in less than 1 minute. I asked if this was the correct order, took a picture of their ad, and they gave a bunch of excuses. I asked if all the teas are like that and they said yes. Nothing asked about sweetness levels. Go to Kung Fu Tea for better bubble tea, better service, and accurate advertising. Never coming here again.
