Lovely evening and exceptional service by Tsedenia. All of our orders were perfect. Oysters on the half shelf were super fresh. Cocktails were well crafted. We had a tight schedule and they made sure food came out quickly. Highly recommend!

J. Gilbert’s is easily one of the best spots in town for a special night out, and the wood-fired flavor really elevates the whole meal. We started with the bacon-wrapped sea scallops, and they were incredible—tender, smoky, and perfectly cooked. For the main course, the Kansas City strip had a fantastic char on the outside while staying juicy and tender inside, and the lobster tails were rich and fresh. Had a great dinner here and will definitely be coming back. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the sides were really tasty. Paired with a nice smoked old fashion it was a great experience.
