This is my favorite place to order spicy guacamole and chips. I just love it. I’ve gone here so much for the last decade.

THE MANAGER A DISRESPECTFUL PERSON... WE HAD A RESERVATION FOR 19 YOUNG PEOPLE AND STILL THE MANAGER RUN TO SEVERAL OF THE PLACE ??? BAD REPUTATION OF THAT PLACE AND MORE FOR PERSON WHO COME FROM FAR AWAY I CAN'T EVEN RECOMMEND THAT PLACE... EVER
If I could give "0" stars I would. We had our soccer team dinner/reunion at the restaurant, it was a team dinner and some our players were not ordering food at the moment and the manager asked them to leave the restaurant. Manager has no manners and dont know how to treat customers. ZERO STARS!!!
Had lunch on Tuesday. Food was excellent! I had the "Volcano Molcajete" and it was more than two of us could eat. Wonderful flavors and a show-time presentation. I recommend you drop by before July 2024, as it is closing down that month.
Parking: several stories... has little red/green lights to show you where spaces are.
Wheelchair accessibility: Completely accessible.

I should have taken others reviews more seriously because sadly they were accurate. To sum up our experience it felt as though we were in a small airport restaurant and this was our only sit down option and we just wanted to sit because our flight was delayed. The atmosphere was sad inside, did not match the mall patio eating area. We were seated in a back wall and all I can say was blah. Server was ok, had zero personality and seemed annoyed to be working. This was for a birthday celebration and I asked the hostess for a fun, upbeat person. Maybe she thought we wanted the opposite? Chips were ok, salsa was more like runny water, no bits of tomatoes which what's the point if you are offering chips and salsa and the salsa just runs off the chip? We ordered the guacamole appetizer and while the portion size was great, the guacamole itself has zero, zero flavor. No spices at all seemed to be used in this recipe. Ordered the vegetable tacos and again, no flavor. Came here for great Latin American flavors and received boring flavorless blah. The side dish or rice was a bit mushy but the black beans were good. We ordered the churros for dessert to celebrate our friend. They seemed freshly fried but you could taste the oil on my lips which was less to be desired. Would have been nice if someone would have explained the 2 sauces that came with the churros and refilled our water. Btw, skip the house margarita. We ordered a pitcher and it was like drinking flavored water. We had high expectations for a fun night. We didn't let this experience ruin our evening but this is one restaurant that needs an overall in ambiance and flavor.
All I can say is good food but the service is really bad and if you read a other comment from a different customer avoid getting served from Daniel

Went in on a Thursday at noon and the place was practically empty. For some reason, it still took forever to receive our food. Even then, the quality just ok. For the price, the wait, and the food quality, it really isn't worth a return trip. There are far better places in the area that are a better bang for your buck.

Food doesn't feel fully authentic but it's still very good, the atmosphere is great, it doesn't even feel like you're eating inside a mall. And the service is great. Both times I have gone we've had very friendly servers who I could also talk to in Spanish. Food is usually around $10-$20 but there are a few more expensive dishes.

If you want authentic southern Mexican food, this is a great place to be. Me (Colombian) my Bolivian wife, and her Mexican friend all went here for some lunch on the way back from the DC temple, this place is so worth it, even if it’s a hassle to park and find it, it is definitely worth it, plenty of space, great variety, good pricing, very nice servers, and a chips and salsa you probably won’t find anywhere else! Simple as it may seem their opening all you can eat chips and salsa actually stands out from the get go, we got the signature fajita (very tasty) a chicken enchilada and some appetizers (all tasted great and didn’t even take too long), we will probably be back for more as we go to the temple pretty often!

We come for the happy hour every couple months. They are always able to accommodate our group, regardless of the number. I always ordered the same thing, 3 carnita tacos for $8. These are just amazing!! I've also ordered the carnita sliders, which are just as delicious. The wait staff as well as the greeters are
