Been here multiple times within a year and they are never stocked with all the beers. The frozen margarita machine is never working and service is mid. Overpriced but expected since it's inside the movie theaters. The servers are currently down and they said we can't order drinks for another 20-30mins. The bartenders are always "dry" no personality and act like robots staying on their phones 24/7. No drink alterations or substitutions at all which I find awkward for a bar. No lemonade, no jalapeños for the spicy margaritas, No mincheladas for about 6 months but it's been a featured drink on the menu pictures and all. No music but the TV is on with no sound so you're sitting in silence because remember the bartender is on their phone doing their own thing. Mind you we've been here multiple times within a year.

Quite small, with few seats, and seemed very understaffed and high-priced (even a bit more than what other theaters that offer alcoholic drinks inside their facility charge). It's kind of off from the main concessions area which makes it confusing at first what exactly it's for. It has a great view of the food court area and a certain aesthetic to it, but if it were part of the normal concessions area it may be more easy to utilize. It's a cool idea ("MacGuffin") but just doesn't seem to work in this case.

We were looking for a good brunch with bottomless mimosas and we found this gem. Mimosas are on point. The food was good but I jusT wish they had a few more traditional brunch options. The atmosphere is lively and fun. The space is on the smaller side but I will return.

Oh my god!I love this place. From the front it's unassuming but it's gets going. Daniel the bartender made me a amazing spicy margarita. Every other Friday is battle of DJ's and gets packed.Highly recommend:)

On a holiday...1 person to check in people with or without tickets and no Stubs line at all. Lines were all the way back to escalators. Three people servicing concession line which was 5 lines long. We will never go back to this theater!!!!

I've tried so hard to not write this, but this theatre has never had its stuff together if I'm Being honest. It's a literal airport. I strive to not be a Karen, or a boomer, anywhere, especially in life. But this theatre has consistently made me so stressed. Why? Example #1: my friend's pass was not able to be accepted because it was part of the 2012 fraudulent gold series. Totally cool (i was a former amc employee so that's why I know that). However, she had no other money when it was declined. I went to guest services and kindly asked the manager if we could be given a new pass. At my theatre, although we would tell people that fake corporate speech of "you must Email for a new pass", there were always certain situations in which we would give them a new pass so they could see their movie. In my opinion, this was definitely one of them. Also, when my friend was having an anxiety attack, I think it was clear that this situation is a special circumstance. ONCE AGAIN... I really Don't like complaining about customer service. You could spit on my food and I would not send it back. But this situation came after countless others in which some Of the employees (I SAID SOME, not ALL) have been genuinely rude. I've been yelled at the box office multiple times before with my friends for not knowing a certain rule about ticket prices or something else that is irrelevant. To everyone in the comments complaining about cleanliness, you're overreacting a bit, sorry! (let me explain). This theatre is the top 10 busiest in the country. When there are big rushes, it is almost impossible to clean everything immediately. The photos you are taking are when all employees are all Hands on deck, so that's why it can be dirty sometimes. Also, maybe stop spilling your popcorn everywhere!!! Then it won't be so dirty! Or, I don't know, clean up after yourselves!!!!! However, The customer service is horrible. HORRIBLE. That's what angers me so much and has led me to write this review after 16 years of going to this theatre! As a former AMC employee, there are things that they refuse to do here that I know they have the power to do. Most of the employees are nice, but there are a very few select that really Shouldn't be here. To everyone at TYSONS, I understand everything you're going through. People are actually so entitled (I know it's ironic I'm writing this review) and your theatre is gigantic and hectic 24/7. However, that doesn't excuse your customer service lacking any humanity. I didn't work at a theatre as busy as yours, but I do know how to treat all customers with more respect. Please don't hate me for writing this. And please don't get your employees in trouble. I just wish you guys would stop making me have semi panic attacks everytime I have a slight error that could be easily fixed (like the ticket pass I mentioned). Alright, I'll shut up now.

Kiosk won't show complete schedule for the movies. They only show the more expensive options, such as 3D and IMAX. The full schedule is available on Fandango.

Its such a high end mall with expensive stores and all that but the movie theater can't even afford a cleaning crew nor good seats? The upholstery on the seats are covered in black when its original color is red. Probably the black stuff contains dirt, heavy dust, grime, sweat or whatever disgusting substance there is. Almost every mall around Northern Virginia has a reclining leather seats but this mall still has a 1990's seating. Absolutely atrocious. Can't even begin with the walkway bathroom almost every flooring is dirty. Its sad to have such a luxury mall when they can't even accommodate movie goers.

During this rainy weekend, my partner and I decided to take in a movie. The new Jumanji 2 movie was playing so we got tickets for the Dolby Digital experience. I have never experienced this prior so I'm happy to give my first reaction. The movie was crisp and the audio was amazing ! The way the audio moves along with the movie really create a spectacular experience! Unfortunately, the lack of personal room was a problem. In a theater this large, located in a very busy shopping mall, they should account for space among the seats. There's little to absolutely no room to place your bags or personal belongings. The seats are my favorite part because they adjust to the perfect angel for you to lay back and enjoy the show.

This is what this theater looks like upon entering...$20 Imax tickets and we cant even get to enjoy popcorn because people are returning the stale popcorn in the concession line.. The crazy thing is when the gentleman went to make a fresh batch he didnt even wash his hands. ITS FLU SEASON MAN!!! This is the first and last time I will becoming to the Tysons AMC. This is suppose to the prestigious and affluent place huh..think twice this place is a hard pass! Not to mention this wacked out lady who had a small child in a stroller cutting uo on the movie the entire time. She was focused on her phone and not her child..Of course the child falls out of the stroller....#theworst.

The manager refused to let me use my A-List membership, with a valid barcode and passport, because I didn't bring my physical drivers license. Jenn needs customer service training ASAP.

Not only is this place way overpriced (a tall miller lite is $10.57!, you can buy an entire 6 pack for less than that, and you can go 50 ft and get a tall Miller lite at Fridays for $5.00) which I MIGHT overlook, but they have employed someone who is beyond lacking in customer service or bar presence. As a bar tender myself, I was absolutely appalled at this employees service, indifferent attitude and demeanor, as well as inferior social skills. He is ill equipped and highly highly lacking in what it takes to be in front of a customer, he repels them. If you want a rock with no personality that is robotic and rude, AND if you want to pay triple the price (Jameson rocks is $16!) go to MacGuffins. Btw, his name is Kieren.
