Long day after work just to go to the drive through at McDonalds and have my entire order messed up, 5 times I have gone to this drive through 2 times have I gotten what I ordered 👍

I come here pretty regularly, but unfortunately the service has been consistently disappointing. On two separate visits (which happened actually in a row), my friends and I had our order messed up. Once to the point where we were charged for someone else’s much more expensive order (we did receive their food). Another time, our hot chocolate was extremely milky and poorly made.
Most recently, I ordered a cookie tote with friends. While I expected a fairly short wait, but still a wait, since the cookies need to be warmed/flash-baked, we ended up waiting about 30 minutes after being parked and eventually had to go inside to get our order ourselves. On top of that, the staff often comes across as rude and snappy.
Overall, this location really needs better management and more consistent service.

Extremely rude staff, specifically Jose. We were missing a Happy Meal from our drive-through order and went back to let them know. The young lady who had just given us our food less than two minutes earlier took our receipt to review the discrepancy. Jose then came out of nowhere, immediately accused us of lying, spoke to my husband in Spanish even though we were clearly speaking English, and demanded our receipt. If he truly questioned whether the receipt HE WAS HOLDING was truly ours, he could have simply asked us to confirm the card used and matched the last four digits instead of making accusations. Another employee walked up and confirmed we were missing the burger Happy meal that was sitting on the side, yet Jose never apologized. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

I ordered breaskfast NO#2 combo sausage muffin with egg no cheese to go, I got to my office later,I found out my muffins comes with cheese!!, but no sausage on it..I checked my receipt , it saids NO American cheese on the receipt!! can they read???????? or they just hated their job if their any customer asked for somethings extra will hurt their feeling??? I did not asked too much , right????
