Had late lunch at cafe this afternoon. Even though they were closing soon service was exceptional as usual. Wait service always makes you feel welcome and never rushed. Food selections were unique and so delicious. The espresso martini by far was the best ever.

While the overall food at this restaurant was okay, there was one standout dish—the seafood salad, which was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying it. Unfortunately, the other dishes were somewhat disappointing. Despite this, the dining experience was redeemed by the excellent service. The attentive service staff elevated the overall experience, making it a decent visit despite the mixed quality of the food.

Bad service. The waitress took ten minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink, then we had to wave her down- again- to place a food order. She was not busy & the cafe was not close to full. She seemed to speak almost no English & I think she said a total of two sentences to us over our entire lunch. Monkey bread was cold/ not fresh.

We went there for the popovers... They no longer make them and serve a biscuit instead. It was horrible. The soup was barely edible and the $40 salad was not good I won't be going again.

Charming little restaurant in the Tysons Corner Neiman Marcus, Our server, Francia, was delightful and most helpful at all times. The food and dessert were fresh and plentiful. It is a bit expensive, but the quality of the food is high and the atmosphere is refreshing. Thank you.

While shopping at Neiman Marcus, my mom and I decided to take a break and have lunch at the NM Cafe. Since the cafe was half full, they allowed us to pick a table. After glancing over the menu, Hsiang took our food and drink order. We enjoyed unsweetened iced tea with lemon. While waiting for our food, we were given a popover-style dinner roll with strawberry butter. My mom enjoyed her bowl of Lobster Bisque. I decided to try the $25 Sampler, which consisted of a cup of soup (Lobster Bisque or Tortilla Soup), half of a classic sandwich, and market salad with a creamy balsamic vinaigrette. The turkey sandwich and market salad were alright. My favorite part of the sampler was the Lobster Bisque. Next time, I'd come back for the Lobster Bisque.

I had lunch at NM Cafe with my daughter. After being seated, each of us received a bread and strawberry butter. Since I wasn't super hungry, I got a bowl of Lobster Bisque, it tasted better than the one at Seasons 52.

Wow - a hidden gem inside Neiman Marcus department store in Tyson Galleria. Very cozy place and a perfect spot for friends to have a nice and quiet lunch. The soup was very tasty. Chicken salad was amazing. Good espresso (slightly warm though). Service was superb.

This is my favorite “ladies who lunch” spot- it's a hidden gem with great cocktails and healthy lunches and the popovers with strawberry butter are the absolute best! You don't need a day of shopping to eat here, simply make a reservation and come in through the homes area door on the bottom entrance. I'm a regular and I love it!

First time eating here and we were impressed. Great service and delicious food. The only thing is, the orange soufflé wasn't a traditional soufflé but more like a panna cotta in a jello mold it was good but not what we expected. Will definitely return due to food quality and convenience b

Went early to grab a latte and it was terrible, not sure how they got it wrong but it was just like drinking warm frothy milk with barely any espresso flavor at all, ordered their 'famous' choco chip cookie as well and it was terrible, so either it was old or just tastes bad. Not what I was expecting from this place.. kinda ruined my morning but thankfully flat white latte in the mall made up for their declines..

I ordered a jacket and they did not provide a tracking number because “it was an in store purchase order” then a week later I was curious on where my package was so I called the store, and they said the package was dropped off and the store associate Clyde sent me the tracking number. Then clearly my package isn’t at my house so customer service told me to file a lost parcel claim, so I did. Then I waited. Nothing. Then I called the store again, talked to Clyde and he said talk to FedEx. So I talked to FedEx, they said since it’s been 8 days, they can’t do anything and told me to call Neiman Marcus back. So I did, Clyde said he would get his manager to call me. So I waited 3 days. Nothing. So I called the store again, and then the shipping manager called me, and said since FedEx showed a picture, Neiman Marcus can’t do anything. And she said I need to contact the local authorities. Basically this is a whole run around and I do not recommend anybody shopping with neiman Marcus. Very unprofessional and very rude.

Experience was fine overall. Food was great but there weren't enough desserts available. Everything was sold out by the time we arrived which was very disappointing. Our server was wonderful. No complaints. All the servers were nice and helpful.

Worst salad ever. Called warm grain, there was a big lump of dry grain, with a dressing on the side. Big strips of red pepper, required cutting. Cubes of salt...make that salted avocado, not edible. Why did they put salt on avocado. 4 asparagus. Big spinach leaves. All needed cutting to eat. Horrible. $20. Never again for this place.
