Worst slowest service ever , dirty tables , trashes on the floor , nasty disgusting bathrooms, retarded dumbest staffs works here. I had to wait for 30 minutes for a coffee. No one cares about anything.

Business professional at the Tyson's mall and have been a patron of Panera at this location for over 12 years. My wife was dining and I was deciding a meal when the mgr Brian Murphy approached and said "leave, this area is for guests only." Despite no visible signage on the table or anywhere visible Brian after only 5 minutes returned, put his hand on the back of my chair and said, "you need to leave now or we'll take next steps." In shock at his rude comment and unprofessional threat, we decided to forgo our meal and left. Panera, please put up signs on the table to advise patrons and please properly train Brian Murphy on how to communicate with guests. Panera lost loyal customers today and we will advise our co-works and friends our poor experience. Regards.

Terrible coffee. Myself along with 3 other customers complained about the tepid coffee. They brought a new pot. It was still very weak. This was the dark roast. We all tried each type after this. Including the decaf.They were all the same. Weak & watery.Seems like they don't use the recommended amount of coffee per pot.

Ordered at remote terminal. Food came out fast and correct. Not much staff interaction. Location was clean and comfortable. We got two soup bowls which were great. Overall recommended.

Not the best Panera Bread I've been to. But the food was appetizing and tasted good. We got what we ordered and everyone was very happy.Had a custom Cob salad.I like that they use self-ordering kiosks. There will be fewer misunderstandings when deviating from the standard.

I would give negative stars if I could. The employeees were absolutely awful and rude to us. Our food was completely wrong and overpriced. Tried to call and a foreigner answered and wasn’t speaking english. This Panera is absolutely awful. Do not go here.

I came here with my mom to order the family special, which comes with 4 half sandwiches, a salad, a soup, and a baguette for $35. My family is a big fan of the turkey chili and Napa almond chicken sandwiches so we were super excited to order the combination. HOWEVER, much to our disappointment, only select items are available for this special. You could order from over half of the sandwiches, including the chipotle chicken, steak and cheese, turkey bacon bravo, turkey deli, grilled cheese, and more (but not the Napa almond chicken sandwich unfortunately). But as for soups, you could only choose between the chicken noodle soup, broccoli cheddar, and tomato soups. For the salads, you could only choose between Greek and Caesar. Maybe we should've known better since overall we're already getting a lot of bang for our buck but just wish the special was open to all options! I also understand the above is more of a comment on Panera in general as opposed to this particular chain. As for this Tyson's location, the service we received was a bit hot and cold. Some employees were friendlier than others. One of them kind of tuned us out as he was taking our order but I think some kids were trying to steal soda in their water cups at the fountain machine. Otherwise, they were patient as we were navigating the menu for our order. The food came out pretty quickly too.
Please take care of your staff. You have a lady who is clearly sick ringing people up for food. I don't care if she has a cold or Covid if she's visibly coughing and not covering her mouth and you're too understaffed to send her home have her bus tables instead or at least tell her to put a mask on. It's stuff like this that's why the Pandemic hasn't gone away.

Just ordered a bacon turkey bravo. The tomato basil bread is clearly a few days old. As an ex baker trainer of 8 years, I'm just disappointed. Has panera fallen that far? Truly sad. To the general public, don't go to this location at least. If they'll try to pass off old bread to me I know they just do that all the time.

I came here because I was craving a bagel. Food - The bagel is okay, a little hard but you do get cream cheese. They don't have much variety with it though. Chocolate croissant was rather dry. Service - Okay Parking - It's in Tysons corner so you can park in one of the free parking lots Overall, this place is okay.

it was steaming hot in here. Server gave us wrong cup and manger was racist, rude gave my cousin and i (teenage girls) attitude over a simple mistake. Then makes us feel uncomfortable by pointing fingers and gossiping about us.
