I am so glad that they have been consistent for the last 6 years I have been their customer. I come here every single month.
1. Cake/bakery This is their main jam. Cake prices went up by $10 per cake in the last 5 years, so smaller cake is minimum of $40-45 and medium to large cakes are $55+ with tax etc.
2. Sandwich: They have egg salad, tuna salad, chicken and korean beef salad. The key is consistency! Same taste and quality every time, that is what makes a business stay in the long run.
3. Service: not good anymore. This part went down quite a bit. Manager should note. They are rushing us and not courteous. This is how you LOSE customers. If there is no one behind the person and if their phone isn't pulling up your app fast enough, don't be mean!
4. App/rewards: I come here over shilla or breeze etc other korean bakeries because they have rewards program that actually works and this is why I stay with them.
