I bought blueberry yogurt cake yesterday for my husband's birthday, but the cake was a bit stiff. The bread and cream were both dry. It felt very unpleasant because it seemed to have been frozen for a long time.
It was my first time visiting this store and I was disappointed. When I bought a whipped cream cake at another store, it was very soft, but is it because it is a blueberry cake? In Korea, blueberry cake is popular and I bought a lot of it, but I don't want to regret it here.

I am writing to share an unfortunate experience I had at your store on June 9 at around 4:40 PM.

I was in a good mood, happily choosing my pastry, when a male staff member — who was at the counter handling payments — told me, “You are not allowed to use your hands to choose pastries.” He then walked away abruptly, not giving me the chance to explain that I WAS using tongs to pick up the pastry. His attitude came across as rude and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

I also want to acknowledge that I was used to how other branches operate, where customers typically return the tongs to their original place, and I didn’t read the instructions at this location — that was my mistake. However, no reasonable person would use their bare hands to pick pastries, as he seemed to suggest.

This experience was truly disappointing, and I must say it was the worst pastry shopping experience I’ve ever had. I hope my feedback will be taken seriously so that other customers don’t have to go through the same.

Paris Baguette bakery items are always consistently good. My lower rating is based on the layout and no indoor table seating, only counter and comparison to other Paris Baguette locations. Outdoor seating looks nice but umbrellas were not open and tables all wet from the drizzle. Really hoping to add this to our morning coffee routine but looks like we’ll be picking up pastries only.

It’s nice and the pastries are good. On the high end of the price range for sure.

I really enjoyed the self-serve station. Very delicious pastries and fast service on drinks.

The drinks are amazing but the manager is very rude. Has no customer service. I got charged for someone else’s order. Tried several times to speak with her in many ways and could not get through to her. When I finally did she was rude and ended refunding someone else. Told me it was my fault. If you read many other reviews - they also complain about how rude the manager is and unprofessional.

These cakes are to die for! Friendly customer experience and a great place to go for a date or with friends. I love this bakery!

Unprofessional and disappointing experience.
I used to really like this coffee shop, but unfortunately, my recent visits changed that.
On one visit, I ordered a donut and found a hair inside it—clearly not mine. When I informed the staff, they laughed and insisted it was from me, instead of handling the situation professionally or offering a proper apology. I was given a replacement and left.
I decided to give the place another chance some time later, but when I walked in, one of the employees sarcastically asked, “Do you want a donut?” clearly mocking the previous incident.
Respect should be the foundation of customer service, regardless of who’s at fault. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and completely unprofessional.
I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values basic respect.

They are constantly out of stuff. Everything contains dairy. Service is bad - their staff is not properly trained.

Don't know if it was just a bad batch, but a red bean bun I purchased tasted spoiled. I will come back another day.

Harassing/Weird Behavior; Ungrateful attitude towards the customer Buying with multiple orders

I have been a Paris Baguette customer for a while. I really like the items they make. I have been to this location 3 times. Every time I have ordered more than $100 worth of items.
This 3rd time, I really appreciated the effort the person put into packing all my items into small PB bags as they wrote the item names on the packet as much as possible making it easier to identify.

So far so good.

The weirdness starts when I go to pickup the order.

I get the order in a big packet, sit there and check if all items are present. Always there is something or the other missing. So I go to the manager Ms. Meena and request her to provide me the missing items and offer her to check the packet given to me. I never leave the shop with the picked up order because it’s best to sit there inside shop and check if all my items are there so that there are no doubts about my intentions.
I have never shown any disappointment or displeasure regarding the missing items because I know mistakes can happen.

Ms. Meena the manager has always taken an objection to my placing multiple orders. Reason she gives me is that it creates confusion and hence items are missing. I have explained to her every time that the items which I like if unavailable I would have to order at a different time when its available simple logic, so there will be multiple orders.

Note: I never give multiple timings or dates for pickup. It’s only 1 date and 1 time for picking up all the orders at once.

She also makes me wait unnecessarily showing discontent for what reason I don’t know. Technically I should be the one getting frustrated by the missing items in my pickup order and latter the huge delay to replenish the missing items.Instead of being appreciative towards me that I place large Orders and give a good business to PB and also appreciate the food so much, she behaves like I am getting things for free/discount and she is doing a favor keeping my order ready for Pick-Up. I have to literally struggle to get a replacement for the missing items for which I had already paid for.

When I initially met her even now I think she is good person by heart, her smile can make anyones day happy.

So why does she behave like this as if she would like people to buy less so that she is not put to trouble.

As an employee she couldn’t give me any proof of company rules which says that the customer cannot place multiple orders.
Also I bought an item when I was in the store but it said that after 4 receipts no more points can be added which is false because already there were 5 recipes of the same day placed online for which I got the points. So something fishy at the store checkout is also evident.

I would really like the management to investigate this issue. Because the way she behaves might be due to a reason which she cannot say openly. It is detrimental to the companies growth because in this way people will avoid buy many products as they might get this unfair pushback in return.
