I had accidentally placed my order for a later pickup time slot than my original intended pickup time. When I arrived and realized this mix up, Dylan was patient and resolved the matter quickly by pushing my order up in the system. He stated it would take less than 6 minutes to complete the order. In less than 6 minutes later, my order was complete. Dylan was understanding and delivered impeccable customer service to solve this mix up.
