Management seemed to have changed as of 2 months ago, the quality of the fish is inferior and portion is small (it’s now small cubes). This location was great and comparable to the DC location—it’s disappointing to find out they are not affiliate with the DC locations :(
Worker here at GC/PokiDC, I think the poki is pretty tasty and healthy too, and I would suggest ordering on Mondays/Fridays (it’s a bit less busy) and the weekends. The spicy mayo sauce is the most requested but has a high fat/calorie content. Opt for brown rice too if you’re cutting. Come grab a bowl, and maybe a boba tea, but I would suggest getting 50% sugar as the drinks we make are quite a bit sweet. Average poki bowl comes out to be $16 at the minimum and ranges to $18-$24. An otherwise decent establishment to dine at!

It’s fast food Poke bowl. It is healthy. I’ve tried a variety of proteins. Topping and add ons. Consistently, Food is ok, Service is friendly, and convenience is good.
I like that they seem to prioritize cleanliness and freshness of food. Poki bowl was a good amount of food and tasty!

Food is alright, but didn't have a great experience with service. The only reason I went here was because Poki DC sent me a birthday reward and when I was about to pay, the cashier told me they don't take rewards. Nowhere in the email did it say this location doesn't take rewards. If you don't take them, you should make that clear with a sign at your store or on your website because I honestly wouldn't have even considered buying food from here if it weren't for that. Or you shouldn't send rewards and false advertising at all.

Poki DC is a good place to have salads meals combo with shakes and smoothies. The quality of foods and quantity of a single serving is good. It's good enough doe a single person's appetite. The veggies and meats are fresh. Shakes too are quite exotic, good looking and good in taste as well.
Kushmita was sooo helpful omggg I never ate from this menu before and she helped me soooo much she walked me through each and every step without rushing me. I love the customer service she was really friendly & she definitely deserves a raise! I just spent $20 when I was only looking to buy one boba lol I called her on the phone and she made me feel very comfortable with ordering I hope my food will be just as great as the service is here!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩
