My niece and I came here today to have a little “niece and aunty time” and as we were talking my 9 almost 10 year old niece says “Little Al-Walleed should be the employee of the month or something cause he got left all alone working and he made our drinks fast enough so he can take care of other customers” lol? I said for sure I will tell this to him and I did. So but I also asked him if we could have this written attention to his boss but he said it would be better if I write the review on here! So Yes! You went above and beyond. For my niece and I “little Al” thanks so much for making us feel welcomed and for a great customer service?? THANK YOU ?

Popped in very quickly to grab a coffee oh sorry cup full of FROTH NO coffee ? when mentioning to the staff member they looked at me like I’d just threw my cup at them !!!! No answer that’s how it is was there reply So I suggest STARBUCKS states cup of froth rather than coffee .. nog a fan of Starbucks but was on the way to my destination

Well, what's there to really say! It's a Starbucks in a mall. Staff are perfunctory, not really friendly (would it kill you guys to make eye contact or smile once in a while at customers?) and pretty slow. But regardless, the location is convenient (directly at the center point of the mall) and there's a decent amount of seating both inside the store as well as steps outside in a mall "relaxation" area.
Get a little afternoon lift fast. After 2pm is a great time to be at this Starbucks. It's not crowded and a bit more relaxed 😊 than at rush hour.

the customer service at this particular stop books was outstanding the gentleman was getting ready to close out for the day and he still took my order and the person who was with me order and it was a great experience

Standard Starbucks, located on the first corner of Tyson's Corner Center next to the mall-side entrance to Macy's On a Tuesday evening, the store was filled with mall-go-ers. They had dedicated baristas managing food and drink orders separately + cashiers. From ordering to drink delivery was a few minutes at most. All the baristas were great and had friendly interactions. Prices standard for most VA Starbucks. Free Starbucks WiFi also available. A small bar top for approximately four people, plus four standard cafe tables inside. There are larger wood tables outside the store in the little atrium, with outlets and where most people were working on their laptops.

Idk i usually go to the downstairs Starbucks next to Macy's however this is the 3rd time I've been able to order AND PURCHASE the Pb&j box and when I arrived it wasn't there causing me to waste money or get another box I feel dues not taste good. Why are you all allowing people to order out if stock items and not offering a refund. It's really annoying

The people were friendly. The sandwich was good and geld me over until I was done shopping, the dragon fruit drink was alright. It's an acquired taste. Theres an after taste that I don't like, but my best friend loves the drink. Its definitely worth a try.
