Went for a Guinness and quick bites. The oil they used for frying was bad, made everything I ordered from fries to chicken taste bitter.
You'd atleast expect beer to be good. Not sure how old their keg was, it's the worst Guinness I've tasted in my life. Made the whole experience bad, never eating here again.

I am extremely disappointed with the trip to this restaurant. From start to finish, the visit was frustrating and fell far below expectations for any restaurant. To begin, the wait time was completely unreasonable not only for the food but for the drink I ordered as well. After waiting far longer than what should have been acceptable, the food finally arrived cold which of course is unacceptable for any restaurant, big or small. To make things even worse, the dish I received was not accurately described on the menu, which was misleading and had I know what it actually contained, I would have chosen something completely different than what I ordered. Service throughout the time here was very slow and very inattentive. Our server seemed overwhelmed, overworked and disengaged and even the basic check-ins were few and far between. Overall, the entire service and food quality simply was not good.

Talk about great service. Our bartender Manny was excellent, polite, and so knowledgeable about something tasty we should get. Huge shout out to Manny for showing up and showing out!

I had a disappointing experience at this TGI Fridays location during my visit to the States.

We waited a long time just to be seated, and then waited even longer before anyone came to take our order. There was only one waiter on duty, and the staff member who seated us mentioned that he was “not on duty, just helping,” which made the situation even more confusing.

Overall, the service was very slow. The food was good, but the experience did not meet the expectations I have for TGI Fridays in the U.S.

Worst Fridays I ever been to, it looked and tasted like the potato skins were microwaved with sliced American cheese and the chicken tenders were broken in half to make, very very small tenders. Server was terrible , constantly forgetting items

Food is pretty consistent but what has really fallen off is their customer service! I always call ahead to place my order, but one time someone kept picking up and hanging up without saying anything. I called over and over and over and it kept happening. I live a little ways away so I was already on my way. It was odd and out of the norm so I was curious and called while i was there. I watched a male hispanic waiter hang up on me and I did it twice while i was there. I was HEATED, But I did not say anything as again that's not their standard and figured he wouldn't last as an employee anyway. I've had some issues in the past but somewhat minor - as you aren't greeted and the atmosphere is not welcoming. The people at the main entrance are ok, but once you're past that and have to go to the cash register by the bar, nobody cares you're there. You can stand there for minutes and people will walk by you like you don't exist. After all of these experiences, I never said anything because outside of the phone incident, it's not a HUGE deal. As long as my food is good it's cool.

The LAST visit broke me though - I placed my order through the phone, and that was a rough call. I guess the phone messed up, but we couldn't really hear each other or something weird. I had to call back - ok i'm annoyed but not a big deal. I go there to pick up the food and nobody was at the front to welcome you (cool no big deal i know where to go). I go to the carry out desk and I'm just standing there. Yes, i'm used to being ignored and having to catch somebodies attention but this time it was worst than ever! I stood there and waited about 7 minutes before I asked if someone couple help me. Well long story short I ended up having to ask THREE people. So now after about 10 plus minutes of standing there, someone comes to the register. I ask her if a manager is in today. I wanted to tell her about how customer service has been declining over the past few months, the phone incident, and how I literally was not helped for over 10 minutes while also begging to be helped for part of that time. She points to some girl and I asked that girl if she was the manager - lol well i certainly found out why the customer service sucks. She had a REALLY bad attitude and did not want to help me. She walked away from me and refused to talk to or listen to me. Long story short that turned into a really bad arguement on the floor between her and I. She claimed she's been the store manager for 7 years or something. I just wanted to let her know about my experiences over the past few months. I've been going to this fridays for who knows how long.. 10 - 15 years? It's never been this bad. As much as i love fridays, i see why stores are being closed. I am no longer going to Fridays in Tysons ever again thanks to the store manager treating me like I don't exist, treating me like she doesn't value me spending money there. All i wanted to do was tell her about her team so she could make adjustments - but she literally thought it was a better idea to escalate the situation.. all her own. Never going back.

We came here with a party of 7 and had a great time. The food was very good.

I'm glad to see a Fridays still going strong. The Fridays in Rockville, MD was horrible. I was hesitant to come here because of it, but this was the Friday's I remember.

The service was great. Very friendly gentleman service us. The food and drinks were all very good. I definitely suggest the ribs. The new fashioneds were delicious too.

We came to TGIF for the first time ever. We came here on accident, randomly, and it was just the best experience ! We wanted a quick bite before going to our movie next store and the waiter made sure we were full and paid up before the commercials start! Really, could not recommend more
