Our server was not the friendliest of personalities. We ordered salads. Our food was brought out and no salads came. We had to bring that to our severs attention. The salads came after we were all almost completely done with our meal. No apologies or any offer of compensation. I think service suffers when the server is not responsible for the whole experience. Seems more like the servers role is to plug in the order at the table then completely disengage and allow others to execute...
I’ve been to yard house so many times and each time I like it more. Last time I went they were playing Argentina vs Cabo verde in the World Cup so the place was a bit Busy as everyone wanted to watch the game. I normally get dragonfruit lemonade which is really good. The service was a fine since the place was really busy and there was a 45 minute wait for a table so I just waited at the bar. The atmosphere is really loud and hard to talk over it but it was understandable....
