Applebee's Grill + Bar

Really needs new management.

We love coming to this location. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We love Sherry the Manager. She goes out of her way to make sure our experience is great. I love the fact that she checks on the tables to make sure our food is the way we ordered it. This is our go to place at least once a week . We've gotten to know a lot of the staff and they are competent and friendly. Always a smile!!

Horrible service waited 45 minutes for a drink we went for the all you can eat shrimp tenders and ribs. Needless to say the wait time in between food was 45min and was cold by the time we got it one of us got regular entree but that food came way before the first plate of all you can eat needless to say it definitely wasn't worth the wait

Our server Ava killed it. Came here with my elderly uncle and aunt - who come to Applebees often. To my surprise, Ava remembered his preferences on several things - and even a manager came out to say hi and double check they were making his salad how he likes. Was super impressed with everyone.

Everyone has a beautiful smile here! They are very welcoming and always make sure I’m doing okay when I eat here. This place 100% makes the “go-here” list. LOL

Absolutely awesome

Might have been a bad night but it was my first time at that location but our appetizers came out a little cold and i waited over an hour almost two hours for my entree. Waitress gave a 20 percent discount so it kind of cooled things off as far as my patience. Manager Sheri was cool and was very apologetic she seemed to have her hands full managing her employees. Anyways, i ended up boxing my stuff up and left. Didnt even wanna eat there at that point cause service wasnt too good....

2 trip in a row our appetizers came; we haven't even taken a bite when our food came. All the plates was just shoved on the table. We didn't even know what to eat.. let our food get cold eating appetizers or eat our food and let our appetizers get cold.
We saw the waitress of 4 times. Drinks, order, asked for manager, check. Food was good but the kitchen staff and front of house really needs to have matters and talked to each other.

Typical Applebee's. Food was good and staff was helpful. Would eat here again.

Our waitress was great. Really it's the food. Nothing that stands out. I had the classic cheeseburger. Lacking flavor and condiments.
