Waitress is nice food horrible on mechanicsville they really need help these boneless wings are so hard and dry my fiancée baby back rib dry fries are good but they need help that’s honest truth

Hostess was the most pleasant part, service was good but the food was not food. Mozzarella sticks didn't pull at all because they weren't hot enough. Queso burgers barely had queso in the skillet so they were seared to it and you had to pick chunks of your burger off and other tables were complaining as well. Our sweet teas obviously came from different batches and were both nasty.

The worst experience ever! I had to ask for someone to seat my family and I. After we sat down, 15 minutes passed with no service. I literally had to get up and hunt down the manager. The manager was pleasant and took our order. The food was tasteless. I didn't get my breadsticks for my pasta until 10 minutes later. The fries didn't come out with the burgers, and overall, I was just disappointed as I took my family out to eat.

Waitress was very nice and helpful but the restaurant booths were torn and had holes. The bar area smelled awful near the kitchen and the bathrooms were dirty.

Awful experience overall, the waitress had an additude with my group the whole time, then we were told they were out of basically every item we asked for. When we raised a problem to the waitress, the manager didnt even come to speak to my group. Not to mention the manager and several employees just hanging out at a customer table for the hour we were there. Mind you this was me first time here so once again truly terrible experience

This place is horrible a bunch of screaming drunks all the time. The food they served us was rancid and they didn’t care. I purchased a desert as well a blondie that was so dry and nasty as well. Seems they just can’t get it right. You wait a couple years go back it’s the same as always. I called immediately to inform them of this and they told me they want to give me a refund but can’t only a general manager or district manager can. So I didn’t get a refund for the dip and the dessert. No call no nothing have food to return no call no acknowledgement at all and corporate could care less. Michelle who said she was a manger said she couldn’t give me a refund offered a cash app of her own money. Then some man named
Woody called me who was clueless and called me a man. Sad all these business don’t need customers anymore. This apples bees hasn’t been good since the early 2000 when it was put there. Last time a different manager named Michelle took her three times to get my steak right. That was eight months ago in March. I knew I shouldn’t have went there but my kid loves their food. Our chicken like was dried out. The food was ice cold. We paid extra for cheese and mexi ranch and didn’t get either. We didn’t even get the order till after 7pm. Told us it would be ready by 6:42pm. Stay away go somewhere you won’t get sick off the food. No one checked it and even after it brought to their attention no one cared. Now I was told I have to wait three to five business days for anyone to contact me. Not even I’m sorry that happened and I recorded all phone calls so someone can hear how goofy these people are. I called a different one to ask about the policy she said no however today they told me the same thing at the same place. Looks like from other reviews they often serve bad food undercooked overcooked. Maybe the health department needs to be contacted. I threw up from the dip.
