Seems the size of the drum legs are 1/2 of what they use to be. Not much meat to eat. Not very crispy either like I remember. Ordered 20 drums for my employees and we all voted not to order again. Something changed in last few years.
It's been a while since we have had Bonchons. Our local store closed a year or two ago in Richmond VA, probably due to lazy employees. I drove 25miles to the next Bonchon today only to discover that was a waste.
First timers . Enjoyed the fried chicken and bulbous fried rice…but a bit on the salty side. Mixed fried rice with white, and it made it really good. We are all trying to watch our salt consumption these days. Help us with it!
