We had an absolutely flawless experience with Eat Catering for my son’s wedding, from the rehearsal dinner to the wedding reception. Everything was executed perfectly, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Sheila was incredibly helpful throughout the menu planning process. The tasting felt like a full meal, and it was honestly difficult to choose from so many delicious options! Her guidance made the decision-making process much easier, and we were thrilled with how everything turned out. Rachel provided excellent assistance in selecting the perfect wine, beer, and spirits, and the bar was definitely a highlight of the night. Her expertise and attention to detail made all the difference.
One of the most impressive things about Eat Catering was their ability to handle the fluctuations in our guest numbers with complete ease. The team was always gracious and flexible, no matter the changes. Plus, the fact that they took care of the china, silverware, and glassware made the entire process much simpler, and it was a great value.
Both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception were unique and special, thanks to Eat Catering’s thoughtful coordination. “We had a small wedding reception at OCB and while I would recommend it as a venue, I’d also recommend writing down exact details of what you want the event to go like. I don’t know if we ended up with inexperienced staff or just an odd night, but nothing really went like it should have. We were told two bartenders but there was only one, they didn’t seem to know when to bring out the food even though we said it was an open buffet, we asked them to serve slices of a cake from the back and instead they just placed it on a tray in the front and our guests had to slice and serve themselves. Every time we met with Bill he reassured us they’d done so many events and wedding there that they had it down pat, but it definitely didn’t seem like they did. On the whole, I’m still glad we had our reception there. The venue is awesome and the food is amazing! I’ve always heard great things about people using them as catering at other venues.“

Nicole and her team at Garnish were literally one of the very best I have ever seen. Nicole was sweet, professional and communicated throughout the evening. She accommodated each of our requests and made sure we felt like our day was catered to us. The staff also was top notch. As for the food.. it was absolutely DELICIOUS. We were so blown away at the tasting and again at our wedding. The Shrimp and Grits were the biggest hit -- it was such a last minute choice, but it was the most talked about meal. “Butler's Unique Catering just catered a wedding at our facility, the Vineyard Estate at New Kent Winery, this past weekend. Each and every staff member in attendance was extremely professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. Todd worked with us when we fell slightly behind on our timeline due to a photography issue and helped us move the buffet line quicker than planned to help accommodate. Not to mention, the food was wonderful and all of the guests were raving about it. His staff also fed each of my staff members at the event which they obviously were incredibly thankful for. My dad paid for the entire meal of many people and that was not fair in my book. I will not be planning any more parties here unless this changes. It’s awful because the food was great. They have a group order option online which makes ordering for a large group super simple. They have so many options to fit any dietary need, including dairy-free dressings and gluten-free bread. Even after submitting the order, I was able to update the delivery address when our meeting location changed last minute. The gentleman who delivered our order was so friendly and efficient.
