We were traveling, and at one of the exits, we saw Chick-fil-A. We went in and found they were about to close in 15 minutes. The lady who helped us was not upset that it was late. We told her we would eat in our car since they were about to close. She helped us with our orders and made sure we had everything.

YOU steal money from cash paying customers. You round to the nearest 5 cents because there’s no Pennies. I still paid the full price and got less than my correct change back. Is it petty? Sure. Do you steal? Yes.

Connor was an absolutely stellar employee! He came over to me and my mothers table while we were eating, simply to offer any refills or extra condiments. He is a very kind, caring employee that provides very thorough customer service. So long as my new friend Connor is working here, I will continue to eat here.

Drive thru I looks like an obstacle course with workers crossing in front of vehicles.
I got 30 nuggets and boy were those 30 nuggets delicious. I’d get 30 nuggets again since those 30 nuggets were an explosion of chicken deliciousness for me and my family.

Stopped at this location on a holiday weekend, so it was pretty busy. The workers were all very kind, the food was fresh, and there was little to no wait time to get our food. The best chick fil a i’ve ever been to!

I was traveling from Williamsburg, VA to Washington, DC with my son when we stopped at your restaurant after seeing the Chick-fil-A sign from the highway. We placed our order in the drive-thru without any issue, but when we reached the window to pick up our food, we were asked to park in a drive-thru parking spot.
That was concerning because I specifically used the drive-thru to keep the trip quick and convenient. After parking, we waited over 20 minutes for our food while watching several cars that ordered after us receive their meals and leave before us. It felt like we were forgotten about.
I’ve always appreciated Chick-fil-A’s fast, friendly service, so this experience was disappointing and far below the standard I’ve come to expect. I wanted to bring it to your attention so it can be addressed.

I subsequently called back and left a voicemail with my contact information, but I have yet to receive a response, and it has been nearly a week.
