new lines make it impossible to get through quickly, and then to put 4+ people in parking for drive through just to prioritize mobile orders doesn’t make it go any quicker… took 25+ minutes just for ONE meal. overall just multiple negative experience since the renovations.

Really disappointed today. I have been working in town for months now. Almost done. Have watched them do the remodel of the drive-through. Mobile app users are now very obviously prioritized. Easy to make the turn into the mobile lane but it’s an extremely tight turn into the regular drive-through lane. I came here last night just to get a diet Sunjoy drink because it’s one of the few drinks. I really enjoy being diabetic. Arrived at 9:02 PM and came upon two cones in the drive-through lanes. I pulled up to the side door and the sign on the door said they closed at 9pm. That really blew me away. Chick-fil-A has always closed at 10 PM everywhere I’ve ever been including my small town that I live in now when I mentioned it to several friends back home, they couldn’t believe it so I went away pretty sad. I was out driving around today and decided to get my drink and pulled in around 12:45 PM. The drive-through lane was very long. And not moving the mobile app lane was going pretty fast. I just don’t like using a mobile app. It feels like a lot more work for me personally. It’s just not very friendly for older people. It took me 13 minutes to get through line there. I ordered a meal and then decided to add a cool wrap for lunch the next day so I wouldn’t have to come out. When I got home, my requested dressing for the cool wrap was nowhere to be found. I have never had to check behind Chick-fil-A. They always get it right. This is really disappointing because now just to eat the wrap I have to go back for dressing. It’s too much to explain but where I’m at. I’m kind of camping out so I don’t have the normal amenities that you would have. They make fun of the people that don’t care for the mobile app online. That’s nice. I guess I will be back because I have to have my drink, but, I’m really disappointed.

I ordered a Cobb Salad and I had more hard pieces than I had salad. 🥗 very disappointed. I hope they make it fresh to order next time.

To whom it may concern, you shut down the store to renovate the drive through, only to make the drive through slower than before. Suggestion. Instead of making a mobile app only lane, make that only mobile orders go through there and allow drive through as well.
It almost feels worse than dropping off at Mechanicsville elementary. If you know what I am talking about then you know what I mean on how horrible that drop off system is too. lol

As a doordasher, especially at CFA, waiting 7 minutes before being greeted when not busy at 930pm was a little disheartening.

This is one of my favorite chick-fil-a restaurants but the new drive thru process is alot slower than before. Just a heads up do mobile ordering instead of just going through the drive thru. It's extremely slow. Hopefully they are still just working the kinks out. The ordering part is easy but waiting on the food is long

Efficient drive thru service with friendly staff. Not always typical at CFA, but they are a better option than other fast food joints. The area outside the restaurant was clean.
My typical #1 meal was served hot and had condiments I requested. My frosted lemonade was yum. Only complaint is the piece of chicken has got smaller while prices have increased.
I'm not in the area much anymore, but would return. The chain is by far a fave if I'm in a hurry on the road.

Worked here and was told my eczema I got from shaving every morning was a “learning curve” when there’s no reason to be bald faced so much that your face is shedding everywhere. Rude managers and overpriced, inaccurate food.
