We love Chick-fil-A and they are so efficient company wide. Wonderful people and service overall! My issue is this Mechanicsville location consistently forgets items when we order from the app for dine in. Every single time. I would love for this to make it to Corporate, so there can be a resolution as to why items are consistently missing from an order.
All Chick Fil A locations are too busy for my liking and the parking lots and store fronts too small. But the food is usually very good. This location was very busy like all the others but the service was fast and the food hot.
