Ladybug in the lettuce. Two female "employees" were literally sitting on the kitchen countertops in the back in complete eye view of everyone. I was told they were out of Pico de gallo so went without it but saw the guy behind me load up on some as they put a fresh batch in the food line up. The restrooms had no toilet paper and they were out of napkins and juice.
Absolutely hands down the most awful Chipotle I have ever stepped in. Do NOT come here.
Also, none of those employees deserve the job. A complete unhinged take on how Chipotle should operate. They need to shut it down or clean up the house (both literally and figuratively).

Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Waited in line for almost 20 min and there were hardly any options when I reached the food bar. I paid full price for items that I did not received. I was so upset with my meal. Please make this right. I love Chipotle but will no longer be spending my money at this location.

I asked for a side of queso Blanco. I got charged, but when I got home. They didn't put it in the bag. I called them 4 separate times! They have an automated service. You answer some questions, then they forward you to the restaurant. They NEVER answered. Piss poor service. The6 need to hire a phone monkey!

I must say this was the worse chipotle bowl I have ever gotten from any location!!!
She provided what I asked (was a little skimp on the meat)
But when I got home wow..
The white rice had NO flavor at all and was completely mush. Wayy over cooked.... Then the little bit of steak I got again no flavor at all & a bunch of fat pieces !.. they were out of a lot of items. But the rice situation was the worse threw almost a whole bowl away I live to far to go back tonight.. Completely disappointed..

I ordered mobile, got extra steak. But when I got my order it had NONE. I had 30 minutes to get food in between my shifts, currently working 2 jobs. I've never been so disappointed in my life. You just lost a lifetime customer.

Over the course of 3 years and a handful of times coming here I have never had a great experience. Either they are out of something (or many things) or the service is just poor. Today, first customer in the store and not only was I given poor service. My food is cold.

I eat here often because when our family is fasting, it's a quick meal to get and the one closest to my house. But I hate this location. The service has been both good and bad on occasion. And the food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's cooked, but more times than not when I go in they are ALWAYS out of something and it is almost always messy and dirty in the restaurant. Trash over flowing, food all over the counter. Food overcooked that has been sitting there to the point it is burned. So they force me to drive to further away locations hoping for better food and service. I honestly believe they are understaffed.

As I have now seen other reviews. This seems to be common practice for them to skimp on the bowls for online orders. Check your order if you ordered to pick up online. Do not order through apps. There IS a way to get a refund when purchased online.

Contact Reason - Missing Item > Choose the food you’re missing…Food one of the bowl I had to put the entire thing since the entire order was wrong. They refunded immediately for me.
