I was very dissatisfied with the customer service at this place. Both ladies who assisted me had stank attitudes while serving me. They skimped me on chicken and when I asked for a little more, they looked at me like I was asking them to go out back and chop a chicken’s head off themselves! Food still hit though

Always understaffed. Always gives baby sized portions. Customer service is sub par. Do not recommend to anybody to come to this store. Never have had a good experience. Always received tiny portions and rice is always undercooked… terrible experience. Never clean inside. Always get random things mixed in my bowl because of the uncleanliness…

Buyer Beware. I was owed $85.37 change. They gave me $83. CUSTOMER FACING register correctly showed $85.37. CASHIER FACING side said $83 and change. After pointing it out and calling for the manager twice to open the drawer, I got no apology, explanation or eye contact. Also, they have no coin change, but they didn’t tell me until it was too late to pay with a card without holding up the line for other customers. Not the first issue with this place. I’ve given them about 6 chances. No more.

Undercooked Guacamole

I just had the absolute worst experience. Not only do I have a half a bowl worth of food, the first guy taking orders, proceeded to be rude as all outdoors, sweat all over the counter, slinging the bowl, and tortilla to wear it slid down to the next person. & while every other staff is watching him be rude like this, nothing was done. I’ve never believed in being rude to people who did nothing to you. Absolutely bad for business.

I got honey chicken burrito bowl..
All chicken was fat chewy pieces, rice was extremely undercooked, and lettuce was brown and soggy. Wouldn’t recommend them again.

This used to be one of my favorite places to pick up from. They would have the order ready every single time and placed on the rack. Grab and go! It was great but then a few months ago I guess people started stealing and now its...well different.

As you walk in the door most of the staff just looks at you. No greeting. Then you have to run someone down to let them know you're picking up an order. It's usually a short wait (2-3mins) but is still quite inconvenient and ineffective. Plus no one seems like they want to be bothered.

II give them a 3 star because they are typically quick about getting your order!

Sat for over ten minutes at the window watching my food get cold. They weren’t even busy, literally 4 cars in the parking lot. And they have an attitude when they finally come to the window. Chipotlame& lazy af

Absolute shit show if you order through the app as your food will be at least 1 hour late with multiple errors. They're also always out of something so you either do without or wait for them to get it together. Also, portion sizes are the smallest I've ever seen. Just don't go here.

This restaurant is a joke. If you go thru the drive thru they cut your food portion in half. If you find the manger and try to talk to him, he could careless. He looks like he hasn't washed his shirt in a month and behind the counter is disgusting. Try going on line to contact someone and you can't. You get a computer generated bot that doesn't answer questions. I had to laugh because there were only 3 cars in their parking lot and Chickfila was full. Why spend all this money to open a new restaurant that nobody cares to maintain?? I never go there anymore.
