The Food was great the menu gave you alot of choices the prices were very good the portions were great The staff were very friendly and attentive Excellent place to eat home cooked food.
Not suited for a vegetarian or vegan. I grits with cheese and was served grits with a slice of processed cheese on top. Not good. I did not eat it. The fried apples are NOT fried. More like peeled apples stirred in a pot with sugar until cooked through. Home fried potatoes with oinions were ok. Biscuits...mmmm idk...they were a bit dry. Didn't really taste that great like a fresh made biscuit. However, my friend who ordered her food with hash browns, bacon sausage...
Country ham here is as good as Virginia Diner's and that's saying a lot. Waitstaff is friendly and efficient. Didn't take long to get my order of country ham and home fries.
