They have a variety of options but doors closed all time,covid passed and still locking doors,I tried it once and workers didn't offer napkins,condiments and got whole order wrong,but said there was no manager on site so we just ate the meal and it wasn't my cup of tea.
Hit or miss with service here. Sometimes they're on top of it, other times, not so much.
The trays are a good deal, but with ShrinkFlation recently, they're not nearly as good of a value as they used to be.

Our order has only been wrong twice out of the (very, very many times) we've been there, and even then it was only missing 1 small thing.
Every person who's ever served us there has been great. Even if they're not chipper, they're ALWAYS polite and get you whatever you need, no sighing or eye rolling even once. Everything is always cooked perfectly and we've never been shorted on portions.
