The cheese in the eggs was burnt and made the eggs not so tasty. The waitress did a great job! But the food could’ve been better for are. The Mac & cheese was like soup and as really runny.

Had a wonderful time Christmas shopping. There always seems to be new items and seasonal stuff on sale. I love their collections of stuffed animals, especially nautical creatures. The people were nice and very friendly. I love breakfast all day. But i enjoy their meatloaf the most. Lol.

Total chaos. They could not "find" my order that I ordered (for first time ever) on their seemingly well organized and easy to use website. Arrived to find no "curbside pickup" signage. As instructed on app I turned hazard lights flashing as instructed. Nothing happened so I pressed the "call button" on app as instructed and it rang endlessly. Finally walked inside to retrieve order. Let my phone continue ringing them while they ran about in ever smaller circles until "manager" was called and retrieved order. I asked about my phone call still ringing in but could hear no phone ringing in the restaurant. Mystified manager asked her staff and they said they turned off all the phones because they are "too busy". She told them to turn them back on. I let my phone continue to call them all the way home. No one ever answered. No one seemed to know anything inside. Comical but sad. Average age of "staff" seemed to he about 12.

Food was terrible I'm not a turkey fan but love Ham no ham on Thanksgiving meatloaf instead who has ever heard of such a thing ????????? Friends had turkey said it was good but stuffing was muchie we won't be back Also good idea to have pick up in back but No signs direction them there Better fire chief he taking store down !!!!! We won't be back one Strick and your out !!!!!!

We ordered the Thanksgiving catering feast. The food was spectacular! The only disappointment was the sweet potato casserole. Very watery and not sweet. The turkey, sides, pies, and cinnamon rolls were spectacular!

I placed an order on Sunday November 24 2024 at 3:45 for a 5:45 pick up time using the app on my phone. I arrived at 5:45 and went to the register, told the lady working that I had placed a to go order. She looked at me and said there was a big backlog. I told her I had placed the order 2 hours ago and she said it didn't matter. I waited for 40 minutes and asked a different lady working what I needed to do to cancel my order and get a refund. She said she would get the manager. The manager comes and apologizes and said he would be right back with my food. 10 minutes later a girl brings my food out to me. Get home and it was not very good, the mashed potatoes were awful and the chicken was greasy. I am not the only one that had a long wait for my food as there were at least 6 other people waiting for a long period of time as well. It's a shame because I have been a long time customer but I don't know if I will go back anymore.

I couldn’t wait anymore. Rude and horrible service. Served everyone who came in after me and still no order just to smile in my face with no eta or valid explanation. They should be shut down if they can’t serve their patrons. I would never eat or deliver from this place ever. Just horrible!
