The shift lead, Cammie, that works there is incredibly rude. I ordered Door Dash and when our subs were received (hook and ladder & brisket and cheddar) there was absolutely nothing on the sub. We received toasted bread. Seems there is a known glitch/error in the system where it will mark your sub with nothing to go on it. I did confirm with another shift lead that it is a known issue and that when it happens the employee is to reach out to the customer to confirm their menu selections....read full review
