Been coming here for years. Recently they have been going down hill from a service perspective. Food is still great but service has fallen off. You call repeatedly and no answer. If you do get through your food isn't ready on time. Waiting to get seated for 5 plus minutes when not busy. I hope they get sorted out soon because it is our favorite Thai food in Richmond.
We had a great experience. The food was quick and delicious. The staff was so welcoming and attentive and unbelievably gracious when we stayed way past closing because we thought they closed an hour later! They definitely have a new regular!
Our family has been stopping here for years. Their Spicy Thai Noodle soup is fantastic we also enjoyed the Thai dumplings! You can tell they are short on help right now but doing the best they can.
