Walked into the restaurant at 8:10pm (they close at 9) & the girl in the kitchen with hoop earrings, brown hair; I think her name started with an “A” mouthed to her co worker: “we close at 9, but people just love to come in now” with an aggressive eye roll and then looked our way. At least if you’re going to say nasty comments about customers, say it with your back to the counter. Rookie- Yikes. Instantly was annoyed & wanted to say “we’re leaving” but that would have given her the satisfaction of her not doing anything at the job that employs her. But then Natalie who took our order truly saved the day. She was patient, gave alternatives, was very pleasant & helpful. Food was pretty good. My kids tore it up. My three stars are for Natalie tho.

I ordered dinner around 8pm from this location and instantly knew something was off. After eating just a few bites, I instantly felt the symptoms of food poisoning. I was in agony for hours and still feel lingering affects.

Had the best time! My pasta was tasty and well priced. Rachel took care of us and brought out a customized side of tofu for our tofu loving gal. We will surely be back when we are back in the area.

Picked Noodle and Co because we could bring our dog after training as they have outside seating.

This was my first visit to this location. I ordered two pasta dishes. I asked the person taking my order if I could see the size difference between a regular and small. She showed me and I told her I would go with regular for both. Then, I asked for cheesy garlic bread. She asked if I wanted a regular or small. I checked the menu because I only saw once price next to that item. I was confused by the question, but just told her I would like the regular. I paid and sat down. A couple minutes later I noticed on my receipt that she rang me up for two small pasta dishes, despite the fact that I asked for larges. Mind you, a small is priced at $8.10 and a regular is priced at $9.35. I figured it must have just been a mistake, so I went back to the counter and kindly explained that I had ordered two regulars, not smalls, and I’d be happy to pay the difference to get the larger sizes I originally requested. She said wasn’t sure how to do that so she needed to get her manager. She came back (without a manager) and shared that her manager told her to ring me up for another small pasta dish and that would even things out. I politely explained that the difference in price would be $2.50+ tax ($9.35-$8.10 = $1.25, that x2= $2.50). For further emphasis, she was saying that her manager told her to charge me $8.10 (the price of another small pasta dish). I explained the math to the person behind the counter to which she replied, “Well, that’s what my manager told me to do.” At that point I just let it go.

I say all of that to say it seems like good customer service at the individual contributor and manager level is not a priority at this location and this first impression will be the reason I don’t return.

We ate several times
Pad Thai at the Myrtle Beach location and it was absolutely delicious with several pieces of omelette. At this branch, no eggs, the cook only put the burnt bits of breading from the egg stuck to the bottom of the pan. No real piece of egg.. Really disappointing. In addition, all the drinks were ULTRA diluted and tasted absolutely nothing. The only positive: the staff were very nice and courteous.

This food was absolutely amazing and the service was spectacular!! Even due to a small delay, the timing was extremely fast. Rachel, the manager was very polite and even brought out complimentary dessert! 12/10 customer service, highly recommended and proud to be future returning customers! :)

This is a cute little place. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many options on the food.

Parking: This is in a shopping area so plenty of parking available.

Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu. It’s attractively arranged and is pretty colorful.

Mechanicsville Noodles & Co. just gave me the saltiest pasta I've ever tasted. The Stroganoff is not a salty dish and there should be nothing crunchy about it. However, a few bites into my meal, and I tasted grit and heard a crunch. It tasted like I had just licked a sea salt Praying it was just the salt from the pasta water and not trash. The whole family got salty pasta dishes, except the baby's plain macaroni & cheese.

They get 2 stars for giving me the correct order and the cashier at least being courteous. However, this location is off the map for me. Beware!
